The difference you will make

Own the CRO strategy for our blog and tutorials by identifying the highest-impact conversion opportunities, maintaining a prioritized experimentation backlog, and defining quarterly OKRs.

  • Design intuitive user experiences by improving page layouts, navigation, CTAs, page structure, and conversion-focused copy.
  • Develop hypotheses and lead A/B and multivariate experiments from planning through implementation.
  • Analyze experiment results with statistical confidence, documenting every outcome to build a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure successful experiments become lasting improvements across our content ecosystem.
  • Partner closely with the Head of Content to shape the optimization roadmap, evolve our brand experience, and stay ahead of industry trends.

Your expertise and experience

See every user journey as an opportunity to improve—not just another page to optimize.

  • Have 3+ years of experience in CRO, UX, or experimentation.
  • UX thinking that goes beyond aesthetics — you can diagnose why users don't convert.
  • Analytical rigor — you're comfortable with data, know its limits, and make data-driven decisions with confidence rather than gut feel.
  • Have experience optimizing long-form content and creating experiences that guide users toward action.
  • Ability to write or direct conversion copy that stays on-brand.
  • Can craft—or direct—copy that converts without compromising the brand.
  • Thrive when juggling multiple ideas and confidently prioritize the ones that will create the biggest impact.

It's a bonus if you've worked with content-led growth, SEO-heavy products, SaaS or web hosting, or have a working knowledge of HTML/CSS.

Meet your team

The Content team is on a mission to help millions of people succeed online through content that educates, inspires, and converts. Every article, tutorial, and content experience is designed to remove friction, build trust, and guide users toward the right solution.

At the intersection of content, product, and growth, you'll collaborate with SEO, Brand, Product, and Websites teams to turn insights into experiments, experiments into improvements, and improvements into measurable business results.
