Content Experience Specialist

Join the Content team as a Content Experience Specialist. You'll own the CRO roadmap for our blog and tutorials, improve user experience, run experiments, and use data to increase conversions.

Your day-to-day

• Own the CRO roadmap for blog and tutorials.
• Identify and prioritize conversion opportunities.
• Improve layouts, CTAs, page structure, and conversion copy.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Analyze test results and document learnings.
• Roll out successful experiments.
• Work with the Head of Content on roadmap priorities.

Your skills and experience

• 3+ years of experience in CRO or UX.
• Experience working with long-form content.
• Strong UX and analytical skills.
• Ability to write or guide conversion-focused copy.
• Strong prioritization skills.

Nice to have: experience in SEO, SaaS, web hosting, or HTML/CSS.
