About the Role:
The Consultant Relations Director will manage strategic partnerships with external consultants who guide employer clients on benefits selections and strategy. This person will join a growing team to help us continue to expand our relationships at key consulting firms. You will leverage your existing relationships to spread the word about Form Health’s deep clinical solutions, outstanding clinical outcomes, and unique approaches in the market to generate new employer partnership opportunities.
This is a remote role that can be located anywhere in the U.S. and will be reporting to the VP, Consultant Relations.
What You Will Do:
- Build Relationships: Connect with key consultants and senior leaders at key benefits consulting organizations
- Drive Strategy: Position Form Health’s products and capabilities to secure a favorable position and maximize inclusion in employer opportunities, RFIs and RFPs
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with sales to coordinate requests for proposals (RFPs) and opportunity exploration / discovery
- Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, competitor activities, and consultant feedback to share with internal leadership
- Travel and Events: Represent the company at national conferences, industry events, and client-consultant meetings (up to 30% travel)
About You:
- 5+ years of relevant employer benefits experience in consultant relations
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- An established network of contacts across key consulting firms - such as Aon, Mercer and WTW - and a reputation as a knowledgeable, reliable resource
- Exceptional presentation, public speaking and interpersonal skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts and differentiated approaches in simple, easy-to-understand terms
- Remote, but ideally located near a major city in the eastern half of the U.S.
