About the Opportunity

The Compliance function at OKX is responsible for the overall compliance culture at the company. We’re a team of risk-minded problem solvers who advise the business on the company’s regulatory obligations and enterprise risk. You will join the Governance & Reporting Team within Compliance, responsible for drafting reports, organizing committee meetings, and managing the policy framework as part of the Assurance function.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reporting

  • Help prepare reports and presentations for a range of audiences, including drafting content and reviewing it for accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform data analysis and build periodic reporting for stakeholders such as board members, executive leadership, and local compliance teams.
  • Track and document successes, issues, and remediation actions, and keep leadership informed through a regular reporting cadence.
  • Coordinate with contributors so they are clear on their deliverables and due dates, and follow up to keep reporting on schedule.

PSPG Governance

  • Initiate scheduled reviews of PSPG documents and ensure document authors are aware of upcoming deadlines.
  • Support the review and maintenance of policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency across jurisdictions and resolve any contradictions between global and local documents.
  • Work with local compliance teams to confirm new PSPGs align with applicable regulations, internal templates, and requirements.
  • Help develop and maintain standardized templates for use across all jurisdictions.
  • Seek and document the appropriate approvals from stakeholders and document approvers.
  • Maintain accurate records of PSPGs and their status (in review, final, retired, etc.) and provide regular reporting on the status of reviews.

What We Look For In You

  • Experience in compliance, risk management, audit, governance, project coordination, operations, or a similar administrative/support function, preferably within financial services, fintech, banking, or a regulated environment.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively follow up with stakeholders, track deliverables, and ensure commitments are completed on time.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across different levels of seniority.
  • Comfortable preparing presentations, reports, meeting materials, and status updates for management audiences.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player who can effectively coordinate with stakeholders across regions, functions, and time zones.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review data, identify inconsistencies, and escalate issues where appropriate.
  • Fluent in English.
