The Compliance Analyst is accountable for assisting with the administration and implementation of WelbeHealth’s compliance program, policies, and practices. Working with Compliance leadership, this role helps develop and implement processes to support and promote compliant operations and mitigate risk.
This role is different because the Compliance Analyst at WelbeHealth:
- Partners across the organization to strengthen a culture of compliance, supporting high-impact initiatives that help ensure regulatory requirements are met while enabling operational excellence across a growing healthcare organization
- Goes beyond monitoring compliance by driving meaningful analysis and process improvement, identifying trends, researching evolving regulations, and providing actionable insights that help mitigate risk and improve organizational performance

On the day-to-day, you will:
- Contribute to identifying, assessing and mitigating compliance and privacy risks
- Prepare accurate and complete reporting of compliance activities for relevant stakeholders including leadership and compliance committees
- Research and maintain current knowledge of relevant federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and guidance
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses, synthesizing into clear and actionable recommendations
- Compose written and verbal communication that is appropriately organized and synthesized
Job requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field is required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in healthcare compliance or adjacent field; PACE experience preferred
- Must demonstrate strong project coordination and research/analytical skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed, and able to execute tasks in a quickly changing environment and make sound decisions
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively
- MS office suite experience, with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
