Every conversation has the potential to make a positive impact. As a Collections Executive at Target Group, you'll work with customers experiencing financial difficulties, helping them find practical solutions and regain control of their finances.
This is a role where empathy, active listening, and problem-solving go hand in hand.
What You'll Be Doing
- Speaking with customers who have fallen into financial hardship against secured products such as Mortgages
- Taking the time to understand each customer's individual circumstances
- Conducting income and expenditure reviews to assess affordability
- Agreeing realistic and sustainable repayment arrangements tailored to customer needs
- Providing reassurance and support through clear, professional communication
- Identifying vulnerable customers and signposting them to appropriate support services where needed
- Delivering fair customer outcomes while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Creating positive customer experiences by getting things right first time

- Previous collections, recoveries, arrears or debt management experience
- Experience working within Financial Services
