Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, coaching-minded Data Analyst Level 4 Coach to join our core global Operations team in a permanent, full-time remote capacity within the United Kingdom. Reporting directly to the Delivery Director, you will exist as the vital technical anchor and professional mentor helping a dedicated caseload of enterprise learners develop the technical capability, analytical judgment, and data integrity needed to turn raw databases into clear business insights. Moving completely away from simple data lecturing, you will guide learners as they transition beyond static descriptive reporting toward advanced data modeling, responsible information visualization, and pragmatic commercial decision-making. This high-agency role demands a seasoned data analytics expert who blends outstanding verbal presentation mechanics with a passionate desire to teach and scale digital data literacy across diverse corporate workforces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learner Portfolio Case Governance: Manage and monitor an active caseload of enterprise learners, building high-trust professional relationships while coaching them through multi-tier program milestones, assessment rubrics, and portfolio completion paths.
  • Interactive Workshop Delivery: Design, schedule, and facilitate engaging one-to-one coaching sessions and technical group workshops, translating complex math and scripting concepts into accessible workplace tools.
  • Analytical Tooling Mentorship: Teach and mentor learners to clean, manipulate, query, and model data structures natively utilizing modern tools including Excel, Power BI, SQL, Python, and Jupyter Notebooks environments.
  • Data Extraction Instruction: Guide learners through advanced automated data transformation, extraction, and schema mapping processes natively leveraging **Power Query** interfaces.
  • Critical Thinking & Ethics Modeling: Challenge learners constructively to interrogate underlying data quality, spot statistical bias, and evaluate data privacy constraints, modeling uncompromised professional judgment and ethical presentation metrics.
  • Line Manager Stakeholder Alignment: Partner constructively with internal curriculum cells and learners’ external line managers to align data projects directly with immediate organizational business questions and corporate targets.
  • Compliance & Quality Control: Maintain absolute database hygiene and evidence documentation standards, ensuring all learner submissions produce compliant, high-signal proof of real workplace performance impact.
  • Asynchronous Collaboration and Support: Engage actively with remote peers across Operations and Product lines to iterate on teaching frameworks, leveraging digital collaboration tools like Miro to maintain an inclusive, safe workspace.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history running advanced data analytics, business intelligence consulting, technical data management, or statistical software engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, or facilitating structured technical learning paths for corporate professionals or vocational students.
  • Expert-tier operational mastery structuring complex database query logic and tracking data frames natively utilizing SQL and Python.
  • Authoritative working knowledge of spreadsheet analytics and dashboard construction, demonstrating mastery configuring **Excel formulas, pivot tables, and Power BI visual layouts**.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, with a proven ability to simplify highly technical engineering primitives to learners with varied background confidence levels.
  • Location Context: Permanent position open exclusively to qualified analytics coaches base-stationed permanently within the United Kingdom to execute 100% remotely from home, with full readiness to support occasional national travel for corporate loops.
  • Safeguarding Requirement: Full readiness to successfully complete standard pre-employment background vetting checks, including an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) disclosure.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior background supporting professional learners within a structured UK corporate apprenticeship framework or formal vocational certification context.
  • Possession of accredited teaching certifications, formal adult training qualifications, or advanced data credentials (such as an Alteryx User mark).
  • Familiarity with cloud-hosted big data databases and regional analytics setups, including **Google Sheets, Docs, Looker, and BigQuery** integrations.
  • Experience utilizing visual collaboration design software such as Miro or interactive digital whiteboards to drive remote learning engagement.

What We Offer

  • The exceptional professional canvas to directly direct, shape, and deploy the educational frameworks instructing the next generation of enterprise data analytics leaders across the UK.
  • Highly competitive, experience-calibrated baseline salary structures supplemented by transparent pathways for long-term career velocity within one of the UK fastest-growing training providers.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering true operational flexibility, complete schedule trust, and zero physical commuting friction.
  • Immediate inclusion into a collaborative, inclusive, and multi-award-winning company culture that prioritizes your psychological safety and career advancement.
  • Access to comprehensive vocational training funds, professional coaching certification tracks, and dedicated corporate learning materials.
  • A structured interview loop path via our **Disability Confident Employer** commitment, ensuring reasonable adjustments are fully supported at every stage of your application process.
