About the role:

As a pivotal member of the team, you will oversee the implementation and onboarding process for new and existing clients seeking to expand their services. You will work with multiple clients, collaborate closely with partner teams, and execute the standard process for the successful implementation of the CertifyOS product and associated services. Your role is instrumental in maintaining a seamless client journey and setting clients up for success.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the implementation and onboarding process for new client partners across all products and services offered by CertifyOS, managing multiple implementations simultaneously.

• Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders from multiple teams.

• Support clients as they complete standard implementation tasks and learn to use the CertifyOS platform.

• Develop a deep understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management.

• Maintain a seamless client experience from contract execution to go-live.

What you’ll need:

• Required:

  • 5+ years of professional experience overall.

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, project management, or a management consulting role.

  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong detail-oriented mindset.

  • Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills with the ability to tailor the delivery of a message or training to a variety of audiences.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to interact and collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams both internally and externally.

• Preferred:

  • Strong understanding of provider licensing and credentialing, and provider data management universe.

  • Demonstrated proficiency with systems, spreadsheets, databases, and applications such as Google Suite, Salesforce, Jira, Confluence, and Monday.com.
