Role Description:

As a member of Strala’s Claims team, you’ll report to and work alongside the VP of Claims to deliver world-class service to our clients. You’ll work remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to build customer relationships, investigate claims, and drive fair, timely resolutions.

Strala’s mission is to eliminate non-value-added, repetitive work so adjusters can focus on what matters most—applying their professional judgment to deliver the best possible claims experience. You’ll have the support of a collaborative team and ongoing coaching as we scale our capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience handling P&C claims (strong generalist with subrogation experience)

  • Active Adjuster License

  • Familiar with estimate review and repair management

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated

  • Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change
