ABOUT US
Factor Eleven is the leading drive-to-store revenue platform for brick-and-mortar retailers and CPG brands. Our platform automates the entire lifecycle of digital promotion communication — from media planning and ad creation through to campaign delivery, billing, and reporting. Operating as a high-touch enterprise managed service, humans orchestrate campaign strategy while our platform automates execution, driving tangible store revenue uplift at scale.
YOUR MISSION
As Chief of Staff to the CEO, you will work at the intersection of strategy, commercial performance, investor communication, and execution.
You will be a strategic sparrings partner to the CEO and work closely with the leadership team, our investor, and the Advisory Board on F11’s most important growth topics: go-to-market strategy, pricing, customer portfolio development, product positioning, international expansion, and value creation.
Your mandate is to help bring Factor Eleven to the next level by building the structures, operating rhythms, and execution power that allow a lean, ambitious company to scale. You will turn strategic priorities into clear plans, drive company-wide initiatives across functions, and ensure that momentum translates into measurable business impact.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant scope, autonomy, and visibility across the business. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, commercially sharp, execution-oriented person who can build from ambiguity, create structure brick by brick, and operate with a team-over-ego mindset.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive high-priority strategic initiatives across the business, with a strong focus on commercial performance, growth levers, and operational effectiveness.
- Partner closely with the CEO and leadership team on topics such as go-to-market strategy, pricing, customer portfolio development, product positioning, and international expansion.
- Lead cross-functional special projects independently, from problem definition and analysis through execution, implementation, and follow-through.
- Own and continuously improve key executive and investor-facing materials, including Advisory Board preparation, monthly business reviews, investor reporting, leadership updates, analyses, and recommendations.
- Identify and unlock value creation opportunities across commercial structure, processes, operating model, and business performance.
- Support the CEO in steering critical business topics by creating clarity, ensuring alignment, driving momentum, and holding stakeholders accountable.
- Act as a trusted connection point between the CEO, executive management team, investor, and Advisory Board on selected strategic topics and priority initiatives.
- Translate strategic ambition into concrete operating rhythms, business cases, initiatives, and measurable outcomes.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have 5–8 years of relevant experience in top-tier strategy consulting, private equity, growth investing, or a commercially focused operator role in a fast-growing tech, software, or portfolio company environment.
- You have worked on value creation initiatives and commercial topics such as go-to-market strategy, pricing, revenue growth, customer portfolio development, international expansion, or operating model improvement.
- You are an entrepreneurial builder: you are energized by ambiguity, spot opportunities others may miss, and turn blank-page topics into measurable outcomes — because outcomes matter more than output.
- You build brick by brick: you create scalable structure before the pain becomes visible, improve operating rhythms, and make complex topics easier for others to act on.
- You are team over ego: you care more about impact than credit, step into unglamorous work when needed, and create momentum without politics or posturing.
- You are highly analytical and structured, with the ability to move from recommendation to implementation and measurable business impact.
- You are an outstanding executor: able to take complex, ambiguous topics, break them down, create momentum, and drive them across the finish line.
- You combine strong business judgment with attention to detail and can move confidently between strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
- You have experience working with senior stakeholders, ideally including founders, executive teams, investors, boards, or advisory boards.
- You communicate clearly, directly, and persuasively in both German and English.
- You bring personal maturity, discretion, and integrity, and are able to build trust quickly in sensitive, high-stakes contexts.
- Experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, SaaS, retail, or other high-growth technology environments is a plus.
