Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, technical, and results-oriented Buyer, Paid Search to join our core global Biddable team in a full-time temporary remote capacity within the United States (extending through September 4). Operating within our integrated biddable infrastructure alongside Paid Social and Programmatic specialists, you will claim individual accountability for the hands-on execution, budget management, and continuous performance tuning of comprehensive Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies. Moving completely past passive campaign tracking or uninsulated administrative workflows, this position requires a data-centric digital media buyer who takes immediate ownership of a multi-client portfolio backed by six-figure monthly advertising budgets. This seat demands cross-functional collaboration with internal Account Planning and Redbox Analytics teams, daily technical customer interaction, and absolute fluency navigating next-generation search management engines under tight schedules.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Paid Search Strategy Governance: Formulate, implement, and audit comprehensive paid search and pay-per-click (PPC) marketing architectures tailored specifically to achieve complex client ROI objectives.
  • Multi-Platform Search Management Optimization: Manage, monitor, and optimize live digital search ads natively leveraging Google Ads and Google Ads ecosystems via specialized third-party management applications.
  • Hands-on Keyboard Media Triage: Conduct daily budget allocation, pacing verification, bid adjustments, and campaign structure management across Search Ads 360 (SA360) and related interfaces.
  • Advanced Conversion Tactics Execution: Deploy a diverse grid of high-performance media tactics, explicitly including Google Performance Max (PMAX), Demand Gen models, remarketing lists, contextual audience targeting, and shopping engines.
  • High-Conversion Ad Copy Curation: Author, iterate, and refine high-yielding text assets, description variants, and headline layouts to drive top-tier click-through-rates (CTR) and optimal conversion metrics.
  • Continuous A/B Performance Testing: Design and run iterative A/B multivariate testing structures across ad extensions, target landing pages, and conversion copy formats to scale campaign return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Data Analysis Reporting Strategy: Partner alongside data analysts to interpret complex conversion matrices, delivering daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal performance updates and tactical recommendation tables via Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • High-Touch Client Communication: Lead regular client status update calls, present technical search trends confidently to brand directors, and maintain collaborative partnerships with external search platform representatives.
  • Integrated Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with internal cross-channel display, social, and display media teams to align paid search keywords with broader integrated corporate campaign strategies.

Required Skills & Mom Qualifications

  • 1.5 to 4+ years of verified professional history running advanced paid search campaigns, digital ad buying, search engine marketing (SEM) consulting, or performance agency account management.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of hands-on-keyboard campaign creation and bid management natively within Google Ads and Google Ads platforms.
  • Demonstrated commercial experience managing monthly and daily budget spend actions handling minimum six-figure monthly budgets for assigned corporate accounts.
  • Proven background running keyword research frameworks, user intent mapping, negative match filtering, and competitive search engine analytics.
  • Strong quantitative baseline capabilities to trace multi-tier conversion tracking configurations, attribution models, and pipeline telemetry via **Spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)**.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a proven ability to lead technical status presentations and explain biddable trends clearly to multi-department stakeholders.
  • Location Context: Full-time temporary parameters open to qualified paid search media buyers based permanently anywhere within the United States to execute 100% remotely from home.
