About the Role

AIRS Medical is seeking a Business Operations Manager, EMEA to drive day-to-day execution of commercial operations across the region.

This role serves as the operational bridge between Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, HQ Operations, and external partners, ensuring commercial activities move smoothly from quotation and order through provisioning, invoicing, renewal, and partner operations.

This is an independent individual contributor role, not an administrative support position. You will take ownership of operational issues, coordinate stakeholders, identify bottlenecks, and drive matters to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quote & Order Management: Prepare quotations and order forms, review purchase orders, coordinate approvals, and ensure accurate handover from Commercial to operational teams.
  • Order Processing & Provisioning: Coordinate order processing and license activation, ensuring required customer and partner information is complete and operational blockers are resolved.
  • Invoicing & AR Support: Ensure invoice readiness, coordinate with Finance, track invoice status and overdue receivables, and resolve documentation or billing issues.
  • Renewal Operations: Maintain visibility of upcoming renewals, coordinate preparation across Commercial, Customer Success, Finance, and partners, and proactively track risks and outstanding actions.
  • Partner & Distributor Operations: Support operational onboarding and ongoing management of distributors and commercial partners, including documentation, internal setup, system access, and process alignment.
  • New-Market Readiness: Coordinate operational requirements for new EMEA markets, working across Commercial, Legal, Finance, Regulatory, Customer Success, and HQ.
  • Cross-functional Operations: Own day-to-day commercial operational issues, establish clear owners and deadlines, identify recurring bottlenecks, and build scalable processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Approximately 4–7 years of experience in Business Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or a related role.
  • Experience supporting B2B commercial operations, ideally across multiple countries.
  • Good understanding of quotations, purchase orders, invoicing, renewals, and order-to-cash processes.
  • Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-growing and changing environment.
  • Experience working with CRM and other business systems.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Experience in SaaS, Healthcare, Medical Device, or Healthcare IT is a plus.

Suggested KPIs:

  • Quote/order processing turnaround time
  • Percentage of orders processed without operational rework
  • Time from signed order/PO to license provisioning
  • Invoice readiness lead time
  • Renewal preparation completed before agreed deadlines
  • Overdue AR follow-up completion rate
  • Partner onboarding completion time
  • Percentage of operational actions closed by agreed deadlines
  • Number of recurring operational issues converted into standardized processes
  • Reduction in routine operational escalations to senior management

Benefits

Work Conditions and Environment:

  • Full-time under EOR
  • Work-from-home with occasional business travel
  • Collaborate with team members globally
  • 30 days Paid Time Off
  • Onboarding gifts and home office supplies
  • Training & Development
