Position Overview

We are seeking a highly sophisticated, technical-minded Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our core global Go-To-Market division in a full-time remote capacity within India. Operating at the dynamic, fast-evolving intersection of regional marketing channels and sales pipeline generation, this high-velocity seat unifies shared quota tracking with real pipeline ownership. Shifting completely away from generic inbound volume management or passive execution, you will claim absolute individual accountability for building a disciplined outbound outreach engine from the ground up. This high-agency role demands a tech-savvy software sales professional possessing a deep background in engineering principles, who qualifies client pain matrices with extreme rigor, speaks authoritatively with enterprise analytics leaders, and intentionally uses generative AI to radically transform their personal workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Outbound Pipeline Generation: Own and drive the end-to-end creation of qualified sales pipelines inside a regional sales pod, collaborating sequentially beside Account Executives to close coverage gaps and achieve target quotas.
  • Enterprise Stakeholder Multithreading: Conduct exhaustive background research on complex corporate targets, mapping organizational structures and intelligently multithreading outreach profiles across technical divisions.
  • Rigorous Deal Qualification: Qualify prospect interests with precision, validating concrete technical pain points, product needs, implementation timelines, and executive budget authority before transitioning accounts to discovery stages.
  • Technical GTM Bridge Alignment: Serve as the primary operational link connecting corporate Marketing campaigns and Sales cells, maintaining consistent meeting loops and account coverage across events and digital channels.
  • Salesforce CRM Hygiene Governance: Manage and maintain precise data entries, lead records, contact interactions, and account activity tracking natively inside Salesforce.
  • Multi-Channel Outreach Execution: Build and operate hyper-personalized outreach sequences across business communication paths, utilizing sequencing suites and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to cultivate enterprise relationships.
  • AI-Native Workflow Optimization: Redesign personal GTM workflows by default using next-generation AI automation layers, creating customized helpers to compress company research and accelerate prospect touchpoints.
  • Asynchronous Collaboration & Feedback: Coordinate across a highly distributed, trust-first asynchronous environment, taking structural peer feedback without friction and executing independently against daily standard metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of verified professional history running successful B2B software sales development, outbound lead generation, corporate account discovery, or cloud SaaS technical prospecting.
  • Proven, demonstrated track record personally building high-value outbound pipelines from scratch, with an absolute mastery over account diligence and personalized first-touch workflows.
  • Master-tier operational familiarity managing pipeline data layouts and workflow templates natively inside Salesforce and Sales Navigator frameworks.
  • A verified technical background or academic grounding, highlighting a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, related STEM fields, or equivalent hands-on experience communicating directly with analytics leaders.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics in fluent English, showcasing an absolute capability to discuss metadata models, cloud ingestion layers, and data trustworthiness with technical buyers.
  • Location Context: Full-time remote parameters open exclusively to qualified technical BDRs base-stationed permanently anywhere within India to operate 100% from home under an async workspace model.
