Main Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a business development strategy tailored to the GCC, focusing on client acquisition and retention.
• Identify, recruit, and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and institutional clients in the GCC.
• Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and deploy region-specific campaigns.
• Represent the company at expos, seminars, and events.
• Stay updated on regulatory frameworks, competitive offerings, and market trends.
• Track KPIs: revenue, client acquisition, conversion rates, and trading volumes.

Requirements

• A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or any other relevant field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, with a focus on GCC markets.
• Excellent command of Arabic and English.
• A strong network of IBs, affiliates, and traders in the GCC.
• Knowledge of GCC market dynamics, including trading behaviors and regulations.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
