Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business challenges and solve their complex issues (complicated logic affecting different services).
- Analyze, elicit and document business requirements, and transform them into technical requirements.
- Cooperate with Solutions Consultants, UX/UI Designers, Product Managers, Project Managers, and Technical Writers for product scoping, planning, development, delivery, and support.
- Prepare and manage technical requirements during the Software Development Lifecycle.
- Create and deliver presentations of suggested solutions to key stakeholders.
- Cooperate with the development teams.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing.
- Initiate and lead collaboration with colleagues to drive quality and identify best practices.
Requirements:
- English proficiency from Upper-Intermediate (comprehensive written and verbal communication).
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or similar position in an Agile environment.
- Proficiency with understanding business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Understanding of the end-to-end software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze and document the most complex business processes (complicated logic affecting different services).
- Proficiency with:
- Project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar;
- Office 365;
- Visualization tools (Figma, Axure RP, or similar).
- Experience in business process modeling techniques, methodologies, and tools.
- Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to comfortably work with a wide range of stakeholders (internal and external) across all levels of management.
