You will fully own and drive the company’s visual communication. You will work closely with the Product Marketing and Marketing teams to translate Sweed's product capabilities and company value into clear, compelling visual stories. Your primary focus will be creating marketing assets that help customers understand what the platform does, why it matters, and how it drives business outcomes.

Your work will span:

  • Product marketing materials
  • Website and landing page design
  • Campaign creative
  • Presentations
  • Social media assets
  • Other marketing collateral

We are looking for a designer with strong visual storytelling skills, excellent design judgment, and the ability to turn complex product concepts into engaging, enterprise-level visuals. There is no art director in the team, so you will be in charge of developing creative and visual decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Unify and improve the company’s brand design system (based on existing logo, colors, fonts, and overall aesthetics of an enterprise-level SaaS platform)
  • Improve our corporate website, including overall layout and specific product visuals. Design new website pages for lead magnets, promo campaigns, special product releases, etc.
  • Design creatives to support go-to-market campaigns for product updates and new feature releases
  • Create visuals for email marketing, social media, and blog posts
  • Design marketing materials for external publications (infographics, product visuals, creatives, etc.)
  • Design presentations for board meetings, executive reviews, and client discussions
  • Design printed materials for exhibitions and industry events
  • Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, content creation, and visual production
  • Experiment with new AI-native workflows, including image generation, simple video and motion creation, and AI-assisted web prototyping

What We’re Looking For:

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web, product marketing, and digital design work, especially for SaaS businesses
  • Proven ability to transform product features, platform workflows, and UI screenshots into compelling marketing visuals that communicate value clearly
  • Strong illustration, iconography, and visual storytelling skills
  • A basic understanding of UI/UX principles
  • Experience designing across multiple formats, including websites, landing pages, banners, infographics, presentations, email assets, and internal communications
  • Ability to adapt and scale design systems across web, social media, video, email, and print channels
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities independently
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership teams
  • Strong curiosity about new design technologies and an AI-first mindset: you actively explore tools that can make your work faster, more creative, and more scalable
  • Professional working proficiency in English, including written communication and content preparation

Required tools: Figma + hands-on experience with AI tools for design and content creation

Required experience: B2B SaaS/enterprise, brand systems, product marketing design

Nice to have: Vibe coding / AI-assisted web development, HTML/CSS, motion/video, print

What Else Matters:

  • Strong ownership and proactivity
  • High attention to detail and quality
  • Ability to switch between different types of tasks efficiently
  • Curiosity and willingness to deeply understand the product

Sweed is a premier, enterprise-grade cannabis retail operating platform engineered to orchestrate massive-scale dispensary ecosystems and intelligent frictionless commercial workflows. Operating as a highly integrated, all-in-one retail technology hub, the company eliminates the operational friction of traditional, fragmented cannabis management systems—which often require disparate tools for POS, marketing, and inventory—by seamlessly deploying advanced unified telemetry, rigorous AI-driven personalized-recommendation architectures, and cohesive omnichannel loyalty and analytics frameworks. Moving beyond rigid legacy point-of-sale models, Sweed empowers multi-state operators (MSOs), vertically integrated cannabis enterprises, and high-growth retail brands to dynamically synchronize their storefront, e-commerce, and delivery pipelines with elite autonomous execution. Under the hood, their sophisticated proprietary data infrastructure—SOC 1 and SOC 2 Type II compliant—natively manages complex real-time inventory tracking, instantaneous compliance-constrained transaction routing, and automated AI-powered marketing engagement loops. Backed by strategic mergers (such as the integration with wholesale powerhouse Leaf Trade) and maintaining one of the industry's largest in-house development teams, what sets Sweed apart is its uncompromising dedication to frictionless dispensary orchestration; by bridging the gap between highly volatile, regulated compliance landscapes and accessible, consumer-friendly digital commerce, the platform empowers cannabis retailers to radically accelerate their revenue-growth velocity, eliminate operational overhead, and build an unassailable foundation for continuous commercial and institutional dominance in the modern global cannabis market.
