About Tellos
Our mission is to allow BCBAs to manage their caseload in a way that provides for the best clinical outcomes, a healthy work/life balance for you, and stable RBT staff. We do this through lower caseloads, telehealth, and a platform that gives you autonomy.
We provide BCBAs with everything they need to go independent, from finding clients to credentialing, scheduling, billing, and recruiting.
This is a telehealth position but we need you to live in Georgia.
What the role entails:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
- Develop and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans for clients, setting measurable goals and objectives
- Supervise, train, and support RBTs in the implementation of treatment plans
- Evaluate client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Attend team meetings and participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Help our staff understand what features are most important to help parents and providers in offering the best quality of care
- Communicate with our team on billing and insurance to meet payor requirements and submission deadlines
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavioral Analyst Certification
- Master's Degree
- Must live in Georgia
- Strong leadership skills
- Passionate about delivering high-quality, personalized care
- Driven, with a strong desire to establish an independent practice
- Strong communication skills
How It Works:
- Chat With Us: talk to our clinical director about your goals
- Get Setup: we’ll help you set up your practice, preparing everything you need for success
- Go Live: Once everything is set up, you can start seeing clients in a few weeks
Why work with us?
We help you go independent, allowing you to have the autonomy and flexibility you need to deliver world-class care to the families and children who need you most, and earn even more as an independent practitioner.
- Purpose-driven: we believe that providers must have fulfilling and meaningful careers to offer their best
- Highest standard of care: BCBAs are overworked and underpaid; we want to do the opposite
- Empathy: the families come first, but the precursor to that is the happiness of the providers, so we have a provider-first culture
- You’ll be in the driver seat, running your own practice without any external influence on how to run your business

Tellos
View Company ProfileTellos (operating at telloshq.com) is an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy platform engineered for parents and behavioral health professionals seeking scalable, family-centered solutions. Founded in 2023 by a team of parents and Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina, Tellos disrupts the fragmented ABA care landscape by enabling independent BCBAs to launch fully supported, in-home practices within weeks. Under the hood, the platform streamlines client acquisition, credentialing, scheduling, billing, and payment processing—eliminating administrative burdens while ensuring compliance with insurance networks (including over 200 funding sources). This allows BCBAs to focus on delivering high-quality, in-home ABA therapy to children with autism and related disabilities, while parents benefit from lighter caseloads, higher practitioner pay, and a modernized care experience. Backed by $8.5 million in total funding and a network of 2,242 investors, Tellos is reshaping autism care through technology-driven accessibility and operational efficiency.
