Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• You have experience, not necessarily a degree.
  What matters is what you’ve done, not the title on your CV. Projects, clients, products, campaigns, decisions, and problems you’ve solved.

• You have stories.
  Real projects, successes, failures, and lessons learned from tight deadlines. These are the stories that make the best classes.

• You’re still passionate about your industry.
  Even if you’ve seen hundreds of briefs, you still want to discuss how to do things better.

• You want to share your knowledge.
  Teaching isn’t just talking to a camera. It’s the desire to help someone understand something faster than you did. If you mentor, lead workshops, or are the go-to person for juniors with questions like “Can you explain this to me?”, we’re interested.

• You also want to learn something new.
  When you try to explain your work from the ground up, you start seeing it in a new way.
