We are seeking an ambitious, highly disciplined Behavioral Health Recruiter to own full-cycle clinical hiring across our growing clinic locations. This is a high-impact, execution-driven role—not an administrative workflow. Working directly alongside our Recruiting Manager and Clinic Leadership, you will take full accountability for building, managing, and closing candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.

If you are a resilient, head-down recruiter who thrives on high volume, takes personal pride in exceeding hiring goals, and loves solving complex staffing puzzles, you will excel on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive full-cycle execution: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing and phone screening through interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.

  • Relentless sourcing & pipeline building: Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates using job board optimization, direct outreach, networking, and creative candidate attraction strategies.

  • Clinic Leadership partnership: Act as a strategic partner to Clinic Directors—communicating real-time pipeline metrics, setting hiring expectations, and aligning on local clinic staffing priorities.

  • High-volume candidate engagement: Execute high daily interview schedules while maintaining rapid response times and delivering a professional, transparent candidate experience.

  • Employer branding & community outreach: Represent the organization at job fairs, clinical recruitment events, and networking functions to expand local candidate pools.

  • Data integrity & ATS management: Maintain rigorous record-keeping and stage tracking in our Applicant Tracking System (Ashby) so data remains clean and actionable.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience: 1–3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (agency, high-volume healthcare, ABA, or therapy recruiting experience is strongly preferred).

  • Grit & resilience: A head-down work ethic with the drive to push through cold pipelines, manage high-volume candidate conversion, and maintain high outreach energy daily.

  • Execution & speed: Outstanding organization and time-management skills; comfortable juggling multiple active requisitions and high daily call volumes without dropping details.

  • Communication skills: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication with candidates and clinic executives.

  • Technical aptitude: Hands-on experience navigating Applicant Tracking Systems (Ashby experience is a plus, but not required).

What We Offer

  • Annual salary in the $45,000 – $52,000 range.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance options.

  • Paid Time Off (PTO) and company-paid holidays.

  • Direct mentorship, clear targets, and real opportunities for professional growth within a rapidly scaling organization.

  • A supportive, team-first environment where high performance and hustle directly impact clinical success.

This allows clinicians and administrative staff to focus on delivering high-quality care while minimizing inefficiencies. Though no public information confirms its founding year, investors, or funding rounds, the company’s digital-first approach suggests a modern, tech-driven solution tailored for the evolving demands of healthcare delivery.
