Backend Engineer

You will be part of the domain enabling global enterprises to efficiently scale content creation. This involves processing content from sources like Photoshop, Figma, and After Effects, or designing it in our AI-enabled web-driven editor, and elevating it further. You will work directly with developers, designers, quality engineers, DevOps engineers, and product owners to deliver the best platform for our users.

Your role will focus on implementing new features, scaling existing capabilities, and continuously improving our product. The team operates with strong goals, balancing product and engineering roadmap features to ensure our technology and product stay aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and ship robust backend services with real product impact
• Ensure systems are scalable, performant, and easy to maintain
• Collaborate across teams to integrate services and deliver end-to-end value
• Model business domains into clean, performant data structures
• Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices to help them grow
• Collaborate with engineers and lead technical delivery on initiatives within a domain or project
• Lead by example in engineering excellence, pragmatism, and shared ownership
