The Role

We’re looking for a B2B marketer to build and execute programmes that generate qualified enterprise demand, create pipeline and strengthen Intellect’s presence across priority markets.

You’ll own campaigns from idea through execution and follow-up, bringing together events, webinars, partner marketing, email, digital channels, and content to reach the right decision-makers and create meaningful commercial opportunities. You’ll also own prospect lifecycle marketing, building CRM journeys that nurture interest and support longer enterprise buying cycles.

Working closely with sales, product and content marketing, and local commercial teams, you’ll translate business priorities into focused marketing plans and drive them forward independently. This is an opportunity to help shape how Intellect reaches enterprise buyers, enters new markets, and builds a repeatable marketing engine.

This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We’re open to hiring at Specialist or Manager level, depending on your experience and demonstrated ability to independently own and deliver this work.

Your Responsibilities

B2B Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute integrated campaigns targeting priority industries, enterprise accounts, and decision-makers, with clear objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Bring together email, events, webinars, partner channels, content distribution, and selective paid activity to generate qualified demand and commercial opportunities.
  • Own campaign delivery, including audience targeting, briefs, landing pages, email sequences, and launch coordination, working with product and content marketing and creative support.
  • Test and improve targeting, channels, and conversion journeys based on audience response and commercial results.

Events & Partner Marketing

  • Own the marketing execution of webinars, roundtables, industry conferences, and other selected events—from assessing opportunities and shaping the proposition to promotion, delivery, and follow-up.
  • Develop joint marketing programmes with partners, associations, and industry communities to extend Intellect’s reach and credibility.
  • Work with sales to engage relevant prospects before and after events, turning participation into qualified conversations and opportunities.

Prospect CRM & Lifecycle Marketing

  • Build and run prospect nurture programmes across the enterprise buying cycle, including event follow-up, ongoing education, and reactivation of dormant leads.
  • Personally manage audience segmentation, email campaigns, and marketing automation workflows, maintaining relevant and coordinated communications.
  • Align with sales on qualification, lead routing, handover, and follow-up so marketing engagement translates into timely commercial action.
  • Use engagement, conversion data, and sales feedback to improve journeys, lead quality, and progression.

Market Expansion & Presence

  • Partner with local commercial teams to translate market priorities and buyer insights into practical marketing plans.
  • Adapt campaigns and channels to local audiences, working with product and content marketing on relevant messaging, customer evidence, and assets.
  • Build visibility among enterprise buyers by distributing thought leadership, customer stories, and expert perspectives through relevant channels, partners, and communities.

Marketing Operations & Performance

  • Maintain a clear campaign calendar and dependable execution of recurring prospect marketing activity.
  • Maintain reliable campaign tracking and marketing data, working with sales and the relevant CRM or revenue operations owner on reporting and shared processes.
  • Assess performance through qualified engagement, sales-accepted opportunities, and pipeline contribution, using findings to improve campaigns and budget allocation.
  • Build reusable templates and workflows, using AI and automation thoughtfully to improve execution speed and quality.

Requirements

  • An experienced B2B marketer with demonstrated ownership and results in campaigns for business audiences, ideally involving enterprise buyers and considered purchasing decisions.
  • An independent, hands-on owner capable of turning a business objective into a practical plan, making sensible trade-offs, and carrying work through to delivery.
  • Comfortable across channels with practical experience in integrated campaigns, events or webinars, and email nurture, and the judgment to choose appropriate channels.
  • Confident executing in CRM and marketing tools, including building segments, launching email journeys, configuring automation, and using reporting to improve results.
  • Commercially minded, understanding how marketing supports enterprise sales and quantifying contributions to demand, conversion, or pipeline.
  • Organized and collaborative, managing multiple workstreams reliably, taking ownership of timelines and budgets, and working directly with sales, subject-matter experts, partners, and suppliers.
  • A clear communicator who can write effective campaign copy, adapt messages to different audiences, and recognize what resonates with enterprise decision-makers.
  • Resourceful and analytical, working with imperfect data, testing ideas thoughtfully, and acting on insights.
  • Motivated by the mission to help expand access to mental healthcare and build marketing programs that support meaningful business growth.
  • Experience across multiple markets, or in healthcare, employee benefits, HR technology, or enterprise services, would be an advantage.

What sets Intellect apart is its uncompromising dedication to replacing reactive, crisis-driven mental health care with absolute preventative accessibility and workforce cultural resonance; by bridging the gap between performance-intensive conversational telemetry and immediate, empathetic clinical support, the enterprise remains the definitive, category-defining cornerstone of modern algorithmic corporate wellness and global mental health tech transformation.
