As a B2B Brand Commercial Manager, you are the key sparring partner of the Brand Commercial Lead and actively drive the commercial development of the ESN brand in the retail sector. You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and ensure that our growth strategies are successfully translated into market implementation. Together with Sales, Marketing, Product, Trade Marketing, and Operations, you develop solutions that sustainably increase distribution, revenue, and profitability.

Your mission with us

You will support the development and implementation of our B2B Commercial Strategy for ESN and translate strategic initiatives into concrete measures for trade.

  • Together with Sales, Brand and Trade Marketing, you will develop customer- and channel-specific growth plans.
  • You manage go-to-market projects – from assortment and portfolio recommendations to promotions and innovation launches.
  • You will analyze sales, distribution, profitability and sell-out data and derive concrete recommendations for action for our sales teams.
  • You develop and drive sales stories, sell-in materials, category arguments, and presentations for key accounts.
  • You will support the development of pricing, promotion and portfolio recommendations and contribute to ensuring profitable growth.

Your experience & skills

You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, marketing, or a comparable field. You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in the field of commercial, category management, trade marketing, sales development or marketing – ideally in the FMCG, food, consumer goods or retail sector.

You possess a very good analytical understanding as well as experience in handling KPI, sales and market data. You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI or reporting tools is a plus.
