Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end attribution and signals system, becoming the company’s expert driving technical decisions and best practices across the organization
Implement and improve attribution models (Appsflyer, GA4, custom server-side) ensuring it remains accurate and reliable.
Design and maintain server-to-server integrations with ad networks (Meta, Google Ads, ASA, TikTok, Snapchat).
Ensure monitoring, QA, and debugging of discrepancies between internal data and ad platforms.
Continuously improve attribution accuracy and signal quality, through custom pipelines, experimentation, monitoring and debugging of discrepancies.
Own the long-term evolution of the platform, making thoughtful architectural and prioritization decisions that balance business impact, scalability, reliability and maintainability.
About You:
Technical expertise:
Strong knowledge of attribution / tracking mechanisms (pixels, UTMs, ID-based matching, MMPs, SRN, SKAN, W2A, etc.)
Previous experience enriching and sending signals from mobile apps to Ad Networks to optimize campaign performance (Meta CAPI, TikTok CAPI, Google Ads API, etc)
Proven experience with REST APIs, webhooks, API integrations and serverless environments.
Solid knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases.
Proficiency in backend technologies such as TypeScript, Python, and Go.
High ownership and proactivity
Experience working in fast-growing, product-led organizations, balancing speed, scalability, and reliability in ambiguous environments

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical challenges.
Eye for detail and a product-first mindset, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Good level of spoken and written English.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and marketing.
