Associate Solutions Consultant

As an Associate Solutions Consultant, you will play a vital role in supporting Xero's Partner Sales channel to help accounting and bookkeeping practices build stronger businesses and embrace digital strategy. You will work closely with firms to guide them through client onboarding, data migration, and software implementation, ensuring they get the most out of the Xero ecosystem.

By delivering tailored group webinars and one-on-one training sessions, you will empower accountants and bookkeepers to streamline their workflows and activate their subscriptions. Your efforts directly contribute to enabling small businesses to thrive through accessible, modern technology.

Initially, you will focus on:

• Guiding partners through data conversions and file preparation using specialised migration tools such as GMT, Jet Convert, and Advance Track.
• Delivering interactive 1:1 and 1:many training sessions and webinars covering Xero, Xero Payroll, Melio, Syft, and Hubdoc.
• Managing external stakeholder expectations and scheduling virtual and on-site onboarding sessions.
• Maintaining accurate practice contact details and communication logs within Salesforce CRM while creating self-serve guidance resources for partner queries.

Where and how you can work: This role involves flexible working options alongside a field presence to support partner practices directly. You can expect to travel to up to two cities per week for on-site partner visits (accounting for 50–75% of your time), with virtual connection options available where appropriate when working remotely or from a local office hub.

Key Requirements:

• You bring a solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, practice workflows, financial reporting, and compliance requirements.
• You possess clear communication and presentation abilities, with a natural talent for conducting engaging software demonstrations and training.
• You have experience with cloud accounting platforms and a genuine enthusiasm for the SaaS software space.
• You bring strong initiative, excellent attention to detail, and the confidence to operate independently when managing client files.
• You have a proven capability to build rapid, meaningful rapport with internal teammates and external practice partners.
