A day in the life:

You'll own a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts — home services, education, financial services, hospitality, insurance, or similar lead-gen-driven businesses. You will serve as the primary strategic partner for your clients on a day-to-day basis, owning the narrative around performance, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring all marketing efforts ladder up to business objectives. A successful candidate is a strong cross-channel marketer and communicator who can confidently translate data into insights, guide internal teams, and build trust with clients. This is a critical role in ensuring accounts are not only running efficiently, but driving meaningful business impact. As an AAD, you will act as the day-to-day strategic lead for Consumer Services clients, ensuring marketing efforts are aligned to lead quality, conversion, and revenue — not just lead volume. Every client in this vertical has a sales team, and that sales team will have opinions about whether marketing is delivering. Your job is to make sure you already know the answer before they ask.

You will work closely with client marketing and sales or operations contacts to define what a qualified lead actually looks like — and build that definition back into targeting, creative, and campaign strategy. This role requires comfort discussing CPL, lead-to-close rate, cost per acquisition, funnel conversion, and local market dynamics. You'll partner with Project Managers to ensure execution stays on track — leading client calls directly on larger accounts, while the PM leads on smaller ones — and will collaborate with the Account Director to refine quarterly strategy and long-term growth plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employ AI technologies to enhance and optimize business processes
  • Utilize and leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem as it relates to your department
  • Lead weekly client calls on larger accounts; support PM-led calls on smaller accounts — own the performance narrative either way
  • Translate Power Circuit roadmap outputs into weekly account priorities; flag when targeting, creative, or measurement setup is driving lead quality problems
  • Stay close to funnel metrics — CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition — and surface concerns before the client's sales team does
  • Work with client sales or operations contacts to maintain a shared definition of lead quality; feed that back into targeting and creative strategy
  • Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around a unified account strategy
  • Support geographic expansion and local market strategy; flag when market dynamics require a different approach
  • Support the AD on quarterly strategy, renewal prep, and service expansion conversations
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships; contribute to ≥90% retention across your accounts
  • Work in Iris and nova daily; use performance data to surface issues before clients raise them; maintain Pulse cadence at 100%

Role Requirements:

  • 4–7 years in lead generation or consumer services marketing, with experience managing client relationships day-to-day
  • Understands lead funnel economics: CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, LTV by lead source
  • Has worked with clients who have sales teams — knows what aligning marketing to sales looks like in practice
  • Comfortable with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures
  • Familiar with local SEO, GMB, and review strategy as performance levers in services categories
  • Has experience framing lead quality vs. lead volume conversations for clients, and knows how to shift focus without damaging the relationship
  • Strong written and verbal communication; can translate funnel data into a clear, credible narrative

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Expansion to Churn Ratio (ETCR)
  • Net MRR across portfolio
  • Client NPS (8+ avg)
  • Monthly Service Expansion pipeline generation
  • Power Circuit Certification (annual)

Most Important Things (MITs)

  • Team Coaching and Development
  • Marketing Strategy, Development and Execution
  • Client Retention and Client Revenue Growth
