The Opportunity

As an A/R Analyst, you’ll be a key member of our growing accounting team. You’ll take ownership of key AR accounting activities while helping us design and refine the systems, controls, and processes that will support our next phase of growth. You’ll work closely with accounting leadership and cross-functional teams, gaining exposure to all aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customer and partner billing operations, including invoice generation, distribution, payment application, collections support, and accounts receivable aging analysis.
- Prepare and maintain account reconciliations for Revenue and AR-related accounts and investigate discrepancies as needed
- Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, deferred revenue support, and reporting
- Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve billing inquiries and improve the customer billing experience
- Support external audit requests and provide documentation related to revenue, billing, and AR processes
- Assist in the development, documentation, and enhancement of billing and AR processes and internal controls
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, system implementations, and other ad hoc finance projects
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards
- Contribute to a collaborative and team-oriented remote work environment
Qualifications
- 2+ years of AR related accounting experience, billing or general accounting, preferably in SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CPA-track a plus).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP principles and general ledger accounting entries; experience with accounting software (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or similar); Excel/Google Sheets proficiency.
- Accurate, thorough, and organized with a strong sense of accountability.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities shift. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively across teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-service mindset
