Position Overview
We are seeking a highly talented, conversion-focused Amazon Listings Graphic Designer to join our core centralized Creative collective in a full-time remote capacity open to talent based across Argentina, Brazil, Poland, Spain, Bulgaria, and Pakistan. In this high-leverage and outcome-driven design seat, you will step up to claim individual operational accountability for executing unique, premium, and ultra-high-quality listing optimizations across a diverse portfolio of international e-commerce clients. Shifting completely away from routine layout formatting, basic image cropping, or generic non-converting sketch styling, you will operate at the intersection of consumer purchasing behavior and elite digital craftsmanship—partnering face-to-face with media planners, SEO specialists, and project managers. This position requires an e-commerce marketing veteran who structures product infometrics and storefront visuals fluidly natively using Graphic Design principles, designs structural commercial assets smoothly natively using Packaging Design guidelines, and exploits cutting-edge generative design software configurations confidently to meet tight launch deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Lifecycle Amazon Listing Architecture: Conceptualize, design, and implement high-converting, scroll-stopping graphic assets, hero images, and promotional elements cleanly natively utilizing Graphic Design platforms (specifically requiring advanced Adobe Photoshop mastery).
- Premium Infographics and Visual Communications: Produce modern, highly clear data infographics and technical product detail breakdowns that articulate complex brand value vectors to maximize consumer checkouts.
- Amazon Brand Store and A+ Content Curation: Build, scale, and maintain immersive multi-page brand storefronts and comprehensive Amazon A+ Content layouts, ensuring absolute compliance with corporate identity benchmarks and marketplace specifications natively leveraging Packaging Design structures.
- Generative AI Design Integration: Systematically incorporate advanced generative AI creative helpers and image optimization tools (including Gemini, Freepik, and modern neural upscale environments) directly into your production lines to compress layout delivery windows.
- Aesthetic Branding and Layout Governance: Mix, test, and synchronize intricate color paths, layout margins, typographic hierarchy patterns, and corporate guidelines to ensure uncompromised design cohesion across varied customer portfolios.
- Cross-Functional Project Syncing: Collaborate closely inside an international agile framework, aligning your motion and static asset directions with the strategic targets outlined by marketing leads and project managers.
- Asynchronous Deliverable Administration: Manage and track multiple high-visibility listing overhauls simultaneously, providing transparent progress briefings over shared dashboards while strictly maintaining zero compromise on asset quality.
- Marketplace Conversion Iteration: Continuously review emerging design trends, Amazon compliance shifts, and user conversion logs to iteratively update existing client images for a sustained competitive edge.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated professional history running advanced e-commerce graphic design, commercial asset layout direction, marketplace listing optimization, conversion-focused web design, or digital branding consulting.
- Mandatory Field Sourcing Experience: Proven, hands-on portfolio history explicitly designing product listings, A+ layouts, brand stores, and infographic packages specifically engineered for the Amazon Seller or Vendor Central ecosystems.
- Deep, authoritative technical command of visual merchandising rules, conversion rate optimization (CRO) design psychology, resolution metrics, multi-device viewing bounds, and asset compression limits.
- Expert-tier capability modifying multi-layered file groups, handling masking matrices, and balancing light layers natively utilizing Graphic Design tools (specifically requiring master-level Adobe Photoshop fluency).
- Practical operational familiarity configuring product context templates, rendering product spatial angles, and matching text safe-zones natively using Packaging Design guidelines.
- Proficient baseline command of the English language, meeting or exceeding a verified CEFR B2 level or higher, ensuring absolute confidence when discussing visual feedback streams across global communication nodes.
- Work Schedule and Workspace Context Notice: Position structured as a full-time, 40 hours per week remote track requiring immediate starting availability.
