Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, conversion-minded Amazon Creative Designer to join our core centralized Design & Creative collective in a full-time remote capacity. In this high-leverage and high-velocity asset creation seat, you will step up to claim individual operational accountability for owning the visual ecosystem of our global Amazon listings, brand stores, and product storytelling layers. Shifting completely away from monotone template modifications or slow traditional production routines, you will partner directly alongside our Senior Conversion Manager to rapidly test, update, and improve visual assets. This position requires an e-commerce design veteran who shapes high-converting listing graphics fluidly natively using Photoshop, models short product ad reels smoothly natively using professional editing software, and coordinates seamlessly across a mandatory 4-hour daily overlap alignment with Bangkok Time (ICT).

Key Responsibilities

  • Omnichannel Listing Asset Curation: Own, design, and optimize the end-to-end visual presentation of our global product catalog, creating high-quality hero image sets natively utilizing Graphic Design conversion principles.
  • Amazon Ecosystem Visual Governance: Architect, wireframe, and implement comprehensive Amazon-specific design frameworks, including advanced image stacks, conversion-led A+ Content layouts, brand storefronts, and social media graphics.
  • Listing and Advertising Video Assembly: Produce, edit, and assemble high-impact, short product videos tailored specifically to capture buyer attention across standard listing placements and paid ad networks natively leveraging Video Editor workflows.
  • AI-Forward Process Acceleration: Integrate modern generative AI-assisted design and editing tools into your daily production cycles as a core asset to multiply ideation speeds, cleanup backdrops, and compress turnaround timelines.
  • Multi-Asset Brand Cohesion: Enforce rigid visual quality control across all media files, maintaining a highly polished, consistent, and recognizable brand look across divergent product categories.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Testing: Collaborate intimately with the Senior Conversion Manager to systematically split-test listing visuals, analyze click-through metrics, and iterate on design variations to maximize conversion velocities.
  • Asynchronous Project Coordination: Operate with complete independent self-direction, executing tasks from written briefs, tracking changes via modern tools, and communicating updates reliably across distributed cells.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven professional history running advanced e-commerce graphic design, direct-to-consumer (DTC) digital product marketing design, short-form conversion video editing, or marketplace optimization consulting.
  • Deep, authoritative technical command of framing composition, commercial studio lighting replication, typography rules, color matching, and digital layout configurations built to drive buyer action.
  • Expert-tier background editing high-yield visual concepts, refining product mockups, and managing digital assets natively utilizing Graphic Design toolsets (specifically requiring strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator).
  • Practical operational familiarity slicing video clips, managing multi-track audio elements, and configuring motion subtitle assets natively leveraging Video Editor platforms (such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut).
  • Demonstrated history designing creative assets explicitly tailored for the Amazon Seller Central network (including A+ modules, main infographics, and storefront builders).
  • Curious, fluent readiness to employ modern AI optimization software daily to accelerate graphic cleaning, layout ideation, or automated upscaling routines.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication traits in fluent English, enabling absolute confidence when managing project revisions independently across remote frameworks.
  • Timezone Alignment and Shift Compliance: Position open to qualified worldwide designers who possess the explicit operational availability to maintain a required 4-hour daily shift overlap with Bangkok Time (ICT), with the remaining 4 hours of the full-time block being entirely flexible.
