Position Overview

We are seeking a highly autonomous, systems-fluent, and data-driven AI Product Manager to lead the end-to-end design and rollout of our next-generation investor-facing AI products under a permanent, full-time 100% remote layout across the United States. Sitting directly on our Public Investor core product division, you will claim absolute ownership over transforming how hedge funds and institutional analysts consume alternative data. Shifting completely away from traditional non-regulated data transcription loops, legacy web layout tweaks, or routine helpdesk logs, you will operate an active Model Context Platform (MCP) provisioning, autonomous research agent orchestration, and algorithmic evaluation (evals) laboratory. Partnering directly alongside specialized machine learning engineers, data scientists, and quantitative research teams, you will architect 0→1 software solutions that actively assist, automate, and augment high-stakes investment workflows. This position requires an enterprise product authority with 4-6+ years of history who structures product development fluidly natively using AI Engineer and customer discovery primitives, possesses hands-on context/prompt engineering literacy, and turns advanced frontier model layers into high-trust client value at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Product Strategy Governance: Define, maintain, and execute the core product vision and feature roadmaps for AI-native investor products natively utilizing AI Engineer and analytical frameworks.
• Agentic Infrastructure Instrumentation: Architect and deploy end-to-end experience models across autonomous research agents, predictive copilots, custom Model Context Platforms (MCPs), and programmatic data feeds.
• Frontier Model Evaluation & Triage: Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate large language models (LLMs), dense information retrieval networks, and agent architectures into secure, investor-grade production runtimes.
• Customer Discovery and User Research: Partner directly next to institutional portfolio managers, buy-side analysts, and hedge fund stakeholders to extract workflows and construct reliable safety guardrails.
• Rapid Iterative Experimentation: Run high-velocity, data-driven testing loops managing custom prompts, context length parameters, system behaviors, and UX interaction layers.
• Reliability and Trust Scaffolding: Establish programmatic evaluation metrics (evals) for generative AI outputs, ensuring flawless factual accuracy, systematic bias mitigation, and investor-grade text consistency.
• Cross-Functional Tribe Synthesis: Coordinate and align efforts across high-powered Engineering, Data Scraping, Visual Design, and Executive Sales cells to ship stable, high-impact web products.
• Ecosystem Consolidation: Formulate plans to blend disjointed APIs, chat widgets, and alternative databases into a unified, secure, and compliance-vetted AI platform network.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A minimum of 4–6+ years of proven, successful professional history operating as an AI Product Manager, Technical Product Owner, AI Solutions Architect, Applied ML Product Lead, or closely matching technical capacity.
• Expert AI System Command: Demonstrated practical background successfully building, shipping, or maintaining AI copilots, autonomous agents, LLM-powered interfaces, or internal machine learning tools.
• Thorough structural understanding of algorithmic engineering flows, semantic retrieval systems (RAG), prompt architecture, and quantitative model performance evaluation frameworks.
• Proven track record managing highly ambiguous 0→1 software lifecycles, backed by generalist technical knowledge spanning both backend database logic and front-end interface principles.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation communication strengths in English, with an exceptional ability to articulate abstract algorithmic behaviors or roadmap trade-offs cleanly to both technical developers and non-technical stakeholders.
• Location Context: Position operates under remote guidelines open exclusively to qualified technical product authorities residing permanently within the United States (with US headquarters located in NYC).
