AI Product Manager

The Role

As an AI Product Manager, you’ll lead one of our most strategic areas, which is now looking for its next leader:

Sites - AI prescreening: You will own Inato’s AI prescreening tool, an AI product that has grown from 0 to 200+ active research sites in 18 months, shows 80%+ month-over-month retention, has supported the enrollment of 300+ patients in clinical trials, and has been scientifically validated. We expect you to lead this product through its next stage of growth. Challenges include:

• Keep user satisfaction stellar: Leverage latest AI advancements to build the gold standard product in a highly competitive space

• Accelerate our global expansion: Grow the share of active sites outside of the US from ~2% today to 30%+

You will be working with Product and AI engineers to deliver impactful features such as:

• Automate the review of patient eligibility to help clinical research coordinators sift through hundreds of patients in minutes

• Adapt our processing pipeline to comply with each country’s regulatory requirements

• Leverage the latest AI models to continuously improve accuracy and reduce costs

Qualifications

• Successful product management experience in a startup environment

• Demonstrated experience building AI products, whether as a PM, engineer, or designer

Bonus Points

• You have a strong technical or scientific background (top engineering school, PhD, peer-reviewed publications)

• You have experience in healthtech

• You have successfully led a tech product international expansion
