Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, automation-minded AI Operations Specialist to join our core global AI team as a full-time Individual Contributor under the central Product organization. This role is fully remote and accessible to talented operators base-stationed in prominent tech hubs including Dubai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Taipei, and Penang. In this highly versatile operational seat, you will spend most of your time hands-on with the high-leverage work that keeps our AI product ecosystem moving forward at a startup pace. Shifting completely away from rigid corporate routines or simple ticket-taking parameters, you will claim individual accountability for navigating open-ended challenges, from prompt tuning to stakeholder management. This position demands a seasoned generalist who leans heavily on modern generative tools to write code helpers, analyze data, and expand what a single operator can produce in a single sprint.

Key Responsibilities

• AI Model Output Evaluation: Run systematic, rigorous quality evaluations on active AI features, scoring output text strings with model assistance, mapping dataset margins, and flagging architectural regressions.
• Bespoke Golden Set Construction: Model, document, and maintain high-signal benchmark "golden sets" of crypto context queries to test the accuracy and factual alignment of native language models.
• Lightweight Tooling Scripting: Program, test, and deploy lightweight internal helpers, cross-platform data automations, and one-off software prototypes quickly using Python Scripting and advanced AI coding assistants.
• Prompt Engineering & Workflow Iteration: Execute continuous iterations over internal multi-modal prompt models, implementing fine variations, managing hyperparameter tests, and shipping optimized Prompt Engineering parameters.
• KOL Outreach & Relationship Management: Direct and execute external relationship pipelines from end to end, reaching out to prominent crypto Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), managing discovery calls, and managing follow-ups.
• Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment: Partner smoothly alongside internal marketing, specialized business development, and engineering cells to translate target data signals into clear product outcomes.
• Asynchronous Operational Reporting: Synthesize the raw outcomes of weekly model evaluation sprints into concise, clear writeups and documentation profiles that internal developer groups can immediately execute against.
• Agile Resource Deployment: Step in proactively on whatever happens to be the AI squad’s highest-leverage operational or manual grunt work need that week, demonstrating absolute comfort handling ambiguity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of verified professional history running advanced operations management, technical generalist tracks, digital project coordination, or full-scale startup execution.
• Deep, authoritative working command of next-generation LLM tools, utilizing them practically to handle Prompt Engineering, automate tasks, compress research data, and build scripts.
• Demonstrated experience taking raw, open-ended business issues and transforming them into functional working solutions independently with minimal supervision.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication mechanics, with a proven capability to convey complex, technical machine learning behaviors simply to diverse stakeholders.
• A disciplined approach to execution, highlighting a willingness to tackle unglamorous or repetitive background tasks and taking pride in completing them with high standards.
• Location Context: Full-time operational parameters open to qualified candidates base-stationed anywhere globally, with a strong preference for individuals based across **Dubai, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Taipei, or Penang** to work 100% remotely from home.

• Strong familiarity with software development environments, agile product management cycles, or modern data modeling paradigms.
• Direct hands-on experience running data validations, error tracking, or prompt engineering workflows within an active **AI Engineer or Machine Learning** division.
• Proven commercial experience or a strong personal interest navigating the cryptocurrency, Web3 blockchain networks, DeFi, or token economics sectors.
• 0 to 1 operating background inside an early-stage startup or a hyper-growth enterprise where corporate scaffolding was minimal and adaptiveness was necessary.
