About Raspberry AI: Raspberry AI is a premier, internationally recognized generative AI platform pioneer, retail technology accelerator, and fashion infrastructure innovator operating on an absolute mission to help design, merchandising, and apparel product development teams move from creative concept to market-ready digital assets at unprecedented speed. Backed by an elite $24 million Series A funding round led by Andreessen Horowitz (a16z), alongside an additional $5 million seed capital from Khosla Ventures and Greycroft Ventures, Raspberry AI is supported by legendary industry visionaries including the founders of REVOLVE and Reformation, and the President of Saks Fifth Avenue. Some of the world most iconic fashion brands and commercial retailers rely on our industry-leading generative algorithms to streamline resource-heavy creative lifecycles, compress sample production costs, and accelerate product rollouts. Driven by an AI-first corporate philosophy that values absolute ownership, solution bias, and a meticulous obsession over the lowest level of detail, the firm provides high-agency customer enablement leads with an uncompromised remote canvas to leverage state-of-the-art onboarding scripts, manipulate complex digital product creation metrics, and deploy robust training engines safely across the United States.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, systems-minded, and customer-obsessed AI Implementation Specialist, Training to join our core centralized Customer Success department in a full-time remote capacity across the United States. Operating at the high-leverage intersection of classical apparel design, digital product creation (DPC) systems, and generative AI enablement, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability for helping enterprise fashion teams successfully adopt, scale, and maximize our platform assets. Shifting completely away from routine passive system administration, basic data entry logging, or disconnected helpdesk queue tracking, you will run an active customer training lab—partnering face-to-face with creative directors, product developers, and cross-functional design leads. This position requires a fashion technology or implementation engineering veteran with 3 to 7+ years of industry depth who guides cross-functional design onboarding fluidly natively using Coding Mentor instructional frameworks, builds production-ready enablement tutorials smoothly natively using Course Creator instructional systems, and commands complex digital product creation tools confidently under strict implementation deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Customer Onboarding and Enablement: Lead, architect, and deliver comprehensive software onboarding programs and deep-dive technical training sessions to help net-new enterprise users get productive instantly cleanly natively utilizing Coding Mentor protocols.
  • Workflow Optimization and Workflow Ingestion: Bridge the gap between legacy processes and next-generation tools, helping customer design teams seamlessly integrate generative AI engines into real fashion workflows (spanning concept visuals, digital sampling, tech packs, and brand presentations).
  • Interactive Digital Training System Curation: Author, record, and maintain a robust repository of user enablement assets, producing highly clear onboarding scripts, help documentations, feature slide decks, interactive Loom tutorials, and internal standard operating procedures (SOPs) natively leveraging Course Creator structures.
  • Omni-Channel Support Desk Triage: Resolve incoming product inquiries and investigate user blockages independently through integrated Support Desks, email queues, designated Slack channels, and live troubleshooting calls before code escalation.
  • Defect Documentation and Feature Synthesis: Isolate software platform bugs, environment latency issues, and consumer friction points, packaging them with explicit reproduction steps, screenshots, and context to brief Product and Engineering units.
  • Adoption Tracking and Metric Auditing: Monitor and manage real-time platform utilization indicators across customer teams to proactively surface execution gaps, confusion points, and expansion opportunities.
  • Cross-Department Strategic Alignment: Partner in lockstep with distributed Customer Success, Product Management, and Technical Solutions cells to optimize long-term account retention, platform renewal values, and overall client learning satisfaction.
  • Emerging AI Capability Sourcing: Maintain expert-tier domain command of the broader generative creative field, tracking software extensions and prompt patterns (Midjourney, DALL-E, ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly) to continuously elevate internal team processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3 to 7+ years of verified professional history running advanced fashion product design, digital product creation (DPC) management, 3D clothing prototyping, computer-aided design (CAD) illustration, design ops governance, or technical software implementation consulting.
  • Mandatory Technology Pipeline Experience: Proven, hands-on history working explicitly within or adjacent to digital product creation (DPC) systems, demonstrating direct working mastery of tools spanning 3D apparel software, digital sampling models, Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) registries, or virtual asset design.
  • Expert-tier capability translating complex software mechanics, training multi-disciplinary design cohorts, and engineering developer mentorship tracks natively utilizing Coding Mentor practices.
  • Practical operational familiarity designing educational slide presentations, mapping user journeys, and writing multi-stage training guides natively using Course Creator methodologies.
  • Authoritative visual design command, showing deep proficiency interpreting apparel aesthetics, clothing silhouettes, fabric rendering details, color repeats, and footwear or accessory tech constraints.
  • Hands-on operational familiarity with professional graphic design programs, requiring fluent command of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling absolute confidence and consultative influence when conducting training sessions for corporate executives and creative leads.
  • Education context: Preferred university Bachelor degree in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, Graphic Design, Digital Product Creation, or a closely related art, product development, or design discipline (or equivalent practical career field validation).
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified fashion technology enablement managers based permanently and resident within the United States to operate under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior commercial implementation history operating explicitly brand-side or vendor-side for a global retail icon using advanced virtual sampling tools or automated pattern layout systems.
  • Direct prior experience formulating prompt architecture guidelines or utilizing generative text-to-image AI tools inside professional creative projects.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high operational curiosity, a self-managing operator profile that thrives in high-velocity startup environments, and an intense passion for moving from traditional design paths into the high-growth sector of fashion technology.

What We Offer

  • Vetted, Andreessen Horowitz-Backed Salaried Blueprint: A competitive full-time baseline annual compensation package structured transparently between $75,000 and $95,000 USD, calibrated precisely to evaluate your fashion implementation authority, coaching craftsmanship, and enablement velocity, with flexibility for elite craft authorities.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to claim a foundational customer enablement seat, directly helping design teams for legendary consumer brands safely adopt next-generation AI platform assets.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering a flexible remote layout across America, complete data-tracking trust while managing client accounts, and zero physical geographic office commuting friction out of any territory.
  • Access to elite personal upskilling systems, featuring an annual discretionary stipend to finance advanced technology courses, software certifications, and global technical community memberships.
  • Inclusion in a friendly, high-velocity corporate family that brings the entire distributed team together once a year for an uncompromised, company-paid annual offsite assembly.
