Construir, evoluir e industrializar agentes de IA, garantindo escalabilidade, segurança, governança e observabilidade;
Desenvolver componentes e capacidades da plataforma corporativa de IA Generativa;
Projetar arquiteturas de agentes, workflows inteligentes e soluções baseadas em LLMs;
Desenvolver estratégias de prompting, avaliação e otimização de agentes para diferentes casos de uso;
Integrar agentes e aplicações com APIs, sistemas internos e ferramentas corporativas;
Conduzir provas de conceito, pilotos e iniciativas de IA até sua implementação em produção;
Identificar oportunidades de automação e transformação de processos por meio de IA Generativa;
Atuar em parceria com times de Engenharia, Arquitetura e Negócio para acelerar a adoção e geração de valor com IA.
Requisitos:
- Experiência prática na construção de agentes de IA e aplicações baseadas em LLMs;
- Conhecimento em frameworks e ecossistemas de agentes, como ADK, LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI e similares;
- Fluência no ecossistema Google Cloud, incluindo Gemini Enterprise, Vertex AI e serviços relacionados;
- Conhecimento de IA Generativa, RAG, avaliação de modelos, engenharia de prompts, memória, ferramentas e orquestração de agentes;
- Experiência com integração de APIs, eventos, microsserviços e arquiteturas distribuídas;
- Conhecimento de engenharia de software aplicada ao desenvolvimento de soluções de IA;
- Experiência com práticas de LLMOps, AgentOps, observabilidade e governança de aplicações de IA;
- Capacidade de atuar desde a experimentação até a operação de soluções em ambiente produtivo.
