We are seeking an Agentic UX Designer & Rapid Prototyper to spearhead the vision for a flagship, AI-driven Brand Building platform. As this initiative moves toward executive leadership for final buy-in, you will help design and prototype a system that consolidates 30 legacy tools and hundreds of disparate workflows into a single, seamless, and intelligent ecosystem.

You'll need to hit the ground running, quickly building trust with stakeholders, aligning cross-functional teams around a shared vision, and communicating complex design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. You'll be embedded within our team, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business leads to ensure the work is grounded in real needs and moves at pace.

Note: This is a full-time, short-term contract engagement running through the end of December 2026.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Workflow & Architecture Consolidation: Map out and synthesize hundreds of brand-building jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) across 30 legacy tools into a unified Information Architecture (IA) and intuitive agentic user flows.
  • Rapid Prototyping & Technical Translation: Build high-fidelity, functional prototypes in tools like Claude, v0, or similar code-adjacent frameworks that translate directly to engineering teams.
  • Design System Contribution: Support the audit of a legacy design system and help define updated component libraries and interaction patterns tailored for agentic AI workflows.
  • User Testing & Validation: Set up, run, and analyze rapid usability testing via Maze to validate complex workflows and iterate quickly ahead of executive milestones.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Facilitation: Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to align on priorities, facilitate design reviews, and communicate progress clearly — acting as a connective thread across disciplines.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Agentic UX Expertise: Proven experience designing complex software, SaaS platforms, or agentic/AI-driven workflow environments.
  • Rapid AI Prototyping: Proficiency building interactive screens using code-generating rapid prototyping tools (Claude, v0, Anima, or code-based Figma workflows) to bridge design and development seamlessly.
  • Information Architecture & User Flows: Mastery in taking highly fragmented multi-tool systems and mapping them into streamlined, scalable platform architectures.
  • Design Systems: Familiarity with design systems and a basic understanding of how they can be adapted to support evolving interaction paradigms (chat, autonomy, canvas, mixed-modality) — deep expertise not required.
  • Usability Testing: Hands-on experience with quantitative/qualitative user research platforms like Maze.
  • Consulting & Communication: Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, client-facing environment. You know how to read a room, manage stakeholder expectations, and present design rationale with clarity and confidence.
