Accountabilities:

The Principal Value Advisor will serve as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, helping them understand, justify, and maximize the business value of their digital transformation investments. This role combines financial modeling, executive advisory, and cross-functional collaboration to drive successful outcomes.

  • Develop financial models, ROI analyses, and business cases that quantify the impact of digital experience investments using customer data and industry benchmarks.
  • Build value hypotheses that connect technology capabilities with measurable business outcomes, including revenue growth, operational efficiency, and optimization opportunities.
  • Lead executive discovery sessions and strategic workshops with senior stakeholders, including marketing, technology, digital, and finance leaders.
  • Apply value realization methodologies to translate complex technology solutions into clear financial benefits and actionable business strategies.
  • Create executive-ready deliverables, including industry use cases, value stories, financial templates, and reusable resources that support broader account initiatives.
  • Partner closely with sales, professional services, and customer success teams to align value narratives during renewals, expansions, and strategic milestones.
  • Influence stakeholders across teams without direct authority, helping drive consistent value messaging throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams operating in agile environments to ensure value strategies align with execution plans and customer priorities.
  • Continuously improve value advisory frameworks, tools, and approaches to increase impact across enterprise engagements.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings strong consulting experience, financial expertise, and executive communication skills, with the ability to guide complex enterprise customers through strategic technology decisions.

  • 5–10+ years of experience in value advisory, consulting, financial strategy, business transformation, or related customer-facing roles.
  • Proven experience developing ROI models, financial analyses, and enterprise business cases that support major investment decisions.
  • Strong ability to analyze customer data, apply industry benchmarks, and defend business assumptions with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading structured discovery sessions and workshops with executives across marketing, technology, digital, and finance functions.
  • Knowledge of value management frameworks and methodologies used to measure technology-driven business outcomes.
  • Ability to create compelling executive presentations, industry use cases, and strategic value assets.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with experience influencing sales, consulting, delivery, and customer success teams.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience working with enterprise software, digital transformation initiatives, or customer experience platforms is preferred.
  • Familiarity with agile delivery environments, including experience as a team member or facilitator within agile frameworks, is a plus.
  • MBA or equivalent quantitative/business background is preferred.
