This role is 100% administrative and requires someone who is comfortable being in front of their computer for an extended amount of time.
You understand the event and experiential space and know how to balance field and office tasks. You are detail oriented and are meticulous in your work. You understand client services and have a “client first” mentality. You’re a logistical gun; understanding what it takes to deliver an amazing consumer event from top-to-bottom but more importantly, managing the process and detailing and documenting.
You understand that this role is the primary owner of events on activation days. You have a flexible schedule and understand that your primary responsibility is to ensure every event has proper oversight with all steps managed. You are comfortable with a non-traditional schedule (Friday – Tuesday), but have flexibility as needed to ensure activation coverage. Whether it be a weekend, late night, or holiday… you are willing and ready to support events.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
(Other duties may be assigned)
- Manage on-call support during activation days
- Provide administrative relief to field team in assistance with event execution
- Support the Market Manager team with event planning in your market
- Serve as a project manager across internal initiatives
- Help with external outreach on behalf of the activation team (Accounts, Ambassadors, Vendors, Etc…)
- Assist with the development of client facing recaps and comms
- Plan designated event logistics, including but not limited to:
- coordinate details with partners and event leads
- coordinate and manage event assets and elements
- provide on-site supervision and support for key events
Qualifications

- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- (Late night & weekend shifts are mandatory) Additional days off will be offered if your schedule exceeds a certain time each week, as coordinated with your manager.
- Administrative experience with exception attention to detail
- Experience in field marketing, lifestyle marketing or brand experiences
- Experience in special event planning and execution
- 3-5 years being immersed in the community/city you live in
- Local area residency or the ability to commute into the city regularly
- Experience with alcohol marketing strongly preferred
- Organization and problem-solving skills VERY important
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalency experience is strongly preferred
