About the Role

The Accounting Manager will assume complete day-to-day ownership of US and global financial reporting, general ledger integrity, and corporate compliance operations. Stationed in India, this professional bridges global execution gaps by directly supervising outsourced bookkeeping services, streamlining core transactional cycles (AP, AR, and complex global Payroll), and serving as the primary readiness engine for external US CPAs, auditors, and insurance brokers.

What You'll Own

  • Financial Close & Reporting: Own the end-to-end month-end close and consolidation process; prepare timely, accurate financial statements fully compliant with US GAAP.
  • General Ledger & Oversight: Directly manage and review the activities of the existing India-based bookkeeping service to ensure impeccable data hygiene across accounts payable, accounts receivable, and complex global journal entries.
  • Financial & Revenue Operations: Partner closely with Revenue Operations (RevOps) to ensure deals closed in Salesforce contain all necessary documentation to flawlessly execute customer invoicing, accurate revenue recognition (ASC 606), and proactive cash collection.
  • US Tax & Corporate Compliance Liaison: Collect, organize, and maintain robust documentation for federal and state income tax, corporate franchise tax, and state sales tax compliance; act as the central operational interface for external US tax CPAs.
  • Risk & Insurance Accounting: Maintain comprehensive, audit-ready schedules for US corporate insurance policies (including D&O, E&O, Cyber, and General Liability) and coordinate annual workers' compensation audits.
  • Audit & Advisory Preparedness: Develop clean, standardized audit workpapers, reconciliations, and schedules to maximize internal efficiencies, minimize year-end advisory costs, and expedite external reviews.
  • Timezone Flexibility & Overlap: Maintain a consistent, agreed-upon partial shift overlap with US operations to ensure fluid cross-border collaboration, timely issue resolution, and operational synchronization.

Who you are

  • Have 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth technology/SaaS company and/or a leading international accounting firm, with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Possess a strong working knowledge of US GAAP, corporate compliance requirements, and supporting US-based entities with accuracy and rigor.
  • Are highly proficient in QuickBooks Online and/or Enterprise, with hands-on experience managing accounting operations and financial reporting.
  • Have worked across modern finance systems such as Salesforce, Bill.com, and Navan, and understand how to drive efficient, scalable workflows across platforms.
  • Operate with a high degree of ownership, attention to detail, and accountability, while partnering effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI and automation tools to improve efficiency, strengthen controls, and scale finance processes.

ArmorCode (operating under armorcode.com) is a highly decorated cybersecurity leader specializing in Application Security Posture Management (ASPM) and Unified Exposure Management. Founded in 2020 by enterprise security innovators Niko Bunjac and Ameya Talwalkar, the company serves as an agentic AI control plane designed to tackle the overwhelming noise generated by fragmented security infrastructures. Rather than acting as a standalone code or infrastructure scanner, ArmorCode integrates seamlessly with over 375 third-party security, infrastructure, and DevOps tools—such as Wiz, Prisma Cloud, GitHub, and Jira—to ingest, normalize, and deduplicate billions of multi-source vulnerability signals into a single operational interface. At the heart of its architecture is the Context Risk Graph, an advanced correlation engine that goes far beyond basic CVSS severe rankings by mapping threat intelligence against live business logic, asset ownership, and exposure pathways to highlight immediate, high-impact risks. To assist enterprises wading through complex digital transformations and developer ecosystems, ArmorCode developed Anya, the industry's first specialized agentic AI framework tailored for enterprise exposure management. Anya delivers automated, LLM-enriched remediation guidance directly to engineering teams within their native code repositories and ticketing layers, drastically shortening mean-time-to-remediation (MTTR) and removing historical friction between DevSecOps and development groups. The platform also features comprehensive Software Supply Chain Security (SSCS), dynamic SBOM tracking, and dedicated AI Exposure Management (AIEM) modules that actively monitor and govern sanctioned versus shadow AI usage. Named a definitive Industry Leader in the IDC MarketScape ASPM Vendor Assessment, ArmorCode protects premier global organizations like NetApp, Shutterfly, and S&P Global. Backed by marquee venture institutions including Highland Capital Partners, Ballistic Ventures, and NGP Capital, the company has secured approximately $81 million in total funding—including a strategic capital injection in March 2026—solidifying its presence across major global enterprise accounts.
