What Your Role Will Look Like:
- Prospects, qualifies, and generates sales to achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas. Research and contact prospects to identify key contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.
- Engages prospects through consultative sales practices and programs identified by Sales Management.
- Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services.
- Works closely with Customer Services.
- Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.
- Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in Fleetworthy's scope of business.
- Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.
- Knowledgeable on Fleetworthy products and services as well as customer needs and requirements.
- Collaborates with other associated sources where opportunity may exist to build relationships.
Show Off What You've Got:
- 2+ years of B2B experience with inside sales
- Proven track record of successful phone sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time
- Persistence
- Technology expertise; CRM systems, MS Office products
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Ability to travel +/- 20%
- Associate degree; Bachelor's preferred
- Consistently demonstrate Fleetworthy Values and Competencies
