- Identify and pursue new business opportunities that result in measurable revenue growth, including expansion into new organizations, programs, and mission areas.
- Lead customer engagement efforts across all stages of the federal acquisition process, including OTAs, Commercial Solutions Openings (CSOs), SBIR/STTR opportunities, IDIQs, GWACs, consortiums, and traditional FAR-based procurements.

Red Cell Partners
View Company ProfileRed Cell Partners (operating under redcellpartners.com) is a prominent venture capital, incubator, and corporate accelerator firm dedicated to building, operating, and investing in mission-critical technology platforms. Founded in 2020 by prolific tech entrepreneur Grant Verstandig, who serves as Chairman and CEO, the firm draws its unique operational framework from the CIA's post-9/11 "Red Cell" unit—deploying cross-functional experts to challenge conventional industry structures and tackle complex national problems. The firm operates with a distinct, mission-first mandate, channeling capital, strategic networking, and deep technical engineering into three highly regulated, essential practice areas: Healthcare, Cyber, and National Security. Red Cell distinguishes itself by guiding entities through long, intensive internal incubation cycles—averaging more than a year—to mature intellectual property before public launch. Bolstered by high-profile appointments, including former Carlyle Co-CEO and Virginia Governor Glenn Youngkin as Chairman, the firm has collectively backed or raised over $600 million for its ecosystem companies. Its active incubation and investment roster includes disruptive defense logistics tools like DEFCON AI, blockchain-driven security architectures like Eyris, and high-growth infrastructure startups like Trase. Headquartered in McLean, Virginia, Red Cell continues to expand its reach by scaling deep-tech architectures that fortify public, commercial, and national infrastructure.
