Position Overview
We are seeking a highly autonomous, channel-fluent, and commercially sharp Account Executive, Enterprise Germany to act as our principal Sales Hunter under a permanent, full-time remote layout within Germany. In this high-leverage enterprise growth seat, you will take absolute technical ownership over new business generation, navigating strategic private-sector deployments alongside regional resellers and global system integrators. Shifting completely away from routine non-regulated administrative data transcription loops, entry-level helpdesk ticketing, or basic account coordination queries, you will operate an active cross-functional deal framing, direct/indirect contract negotiation, and multi-tier channel partner activation laboratory. Collaborating beside internal Pre-sales, Partner engineering, and Field Marketing squads, you will lead complex multi-threaded account plans to secure tier-one customer acquisitions. This position requires an enterprise sales authority with 8+ years of field sales history who drives complex pipelines fluidly natively using Sales Representative, Lead Generation, and Cold Calling primitives, commands complete credibility across cloud data center topologies, and consistently hits aggressive recurring revenue expansion targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Market Acquisition Governance: Lead the technical pre-sales validation and direct acquisition tracking for high-value enterprise accounts across Germany natively utilizing Sales Representative and quota-driven benchmarks.
- All-Flash Technology Advocacy: Promote, position, and present Everpure’s advanced enterprise all-flash data storage technologies to technical deciders, C-suite executives, and infrastructure architects.
- Indirect Channel Multi-Tier Control: Coordinate and expand highly profitable indirect pipeline metrics, partnering next to Channel Resellers, Global System Integrators (GSIs), and core cloud ecosystem partners.
- Outbound Sourcing & Prospecting: Formulate and execute aggressive outbound prospecting campaigns, establishing multi-threaded entry pathways into net-new enterprise customer accounts natively deploying Lead Generation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Pursuit Orchestration: Direct and lead distributed pursuit cells, bringing an outcome-driven perspective to sync Pre-sales engineers, partner sales reps, and field marketing units into optimized client engagements.
- Pipeline and Contract Lifecycle Triage: Meticulously maintain error-free metrics within regional CRM spaces, managing high volumes of transaction variables to forecast revenue and surpass quarterly sales quotas natively using Cold Calling loops.
- Strategic Solution Presentation: Author and deliver customized business proposals that bridge deep technical storage architectures seamlessly with measurable commercial outcomes.
- Referenceable Business Growth: Secure absolute user satisfaction across initial deployments, driving referenceable case studies and recurring software extension revenue loops.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of 8+ years of proven, successful professional field sales history operating as an Enterprise Account Executive, SaaS Closer, Corporate Business Development Lead, Enterprise Sales Director, or closely matching tech-enabled market acquisition capacity.
- Expert Enterprise Deal Command: Documented track record driving direct and indirect enterprise software or high-end infrastructure transactions, with specialized experience closing business with large multinational layers (such as French CAC40 or DAX networks).
- Deep technical fluency covering modern cloud computing principles, high-performance storage architectures, and automated Data Centre designs.
- Outstanding written, verbal, and visual presentation communication strengths in both German and English, with a proven ability to explain deep technical infrastructure metrics cleanly to executive boards.
- Location Context: Position operates under remote parameters open exclusively to qualified enterprise sales authorities residing permanently within Germany.
