360 Recruitment Consultant (APAC Market)

The Role

This is a true 360 recruitment position combining both business development and recruitment delivery.

You will be responsible for building your own client portfolio, developing long-term relationships with companies across the APAC market, and delivering high-quality recruitment solutions for your clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both sales and recruitment and wants to have a direct impact on the growth of a business.

Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and acquire new clients across the APAC region
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
• Develop strategic partnerships with companies across various industries
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and outbound activities
• Negotiate commercial terms and recruitment agreements

Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to placement
• Source, assess, and interview candidates
• Present qualified candidates to clients
• Manage offer negotiations and closing processes
• Build and maintain talent pipelines within your specialized markets

Market Development

• Develop expertise within selected industries and market segments
• Monitor hiring trends and market developments
• Advise clients on talent acquisition strategies and market conditions
• Contribute to the growth strategy of the APAC business

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in recruitment agency or executive search within tech industry
• Experience in business development and client management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong commercial drive
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Fluent English required
• Experience within the APAC market
