職務内容
東京を拠点とし、日本国内における統合型フィールドマーケティングおよびキャンペーンを統括するマーケターです。地域（リージョナル）およびグローバルのマーケティングチームと密接に連携しながら、当社のグローバルポジショニング、キャンペーン戦略、ABMの枠組みを、Tier 1金融機関およびその他事業会社の顧客層に深く響くシャープなローカル施策へ落とし込みます。
また、担当地域における統合型キャンペーンの予算管理も担います。本職種は「戦略立案」と「実行」の両方を主導するロールです。地域の計画策定を支援した上で自らそれを推進し、デジタル、ABM、営業施策、コンテンツ、そして影響力の高い対面・オンラインのエグゼクティブ向けイベントを組み合わせた、アカウント特化型のフルファネル・キャンペーンを設計・実行します。あらゆる顧客接点を構築・最適化し、管轄地域における商談獲得、案件化、および収益の創出を牽引します。
主な業務内容
1. 地域成長およびパイプライン戦略
- 日本市場の営業チームと共同で、日本の成長およびパイプライン計画を策定する：ターゲットセグメント、Tier 1・2のアカウントリスト、主要なユースケース、パイプライン目標の定義。
- グローバルのポジショニングやABM戦略を、優先順位・キャンペーン・仮説を盛り込んだ地域マーケティング計画へ落とし込む。
- 市場の未開拓領域（ホワイトスペース）やアップセル／クロスセルの機会を特定し、マーケティングおよび営業リソースを集中させるべき領域を提言する。
2. 統合型キャンペーンの計画と実行
- 優先度が高いアカウントやセグメント（投資銀行、プライベート・エクイティ、アドバイザリー、関連金融機関など）に向けたマルチチャネル・キャンペーンを構築・運用する。
- デジタル、コンテンツ、ABM、SDR（インバウンド／アウトバウンド営業）、イベントの動きを連携させ、ファーストタッチから役員向け商談・案件創出に至るまでの一貫した顧客体験（カスタマージャーニー）を設計する。
- グローバルのキャンペーンやストーリーを、日本の買い手のニーズ、規制、購買サイクルに深く響くようローカライズする。
3. フィールドマーケティングおよびエグゼクティブ向けイベント
- 日本におけるエグゼクティブ向けイベント戦略を統括する：東京およびその他主要都市でのCレベル（経営幹部）向けラウンドテーブル、ディナー、ブリーフィング、カンファレンス出展、個別の特別体験の企画・運営。
- イベントを単発の施策で終わらせず、事前のアプローチや事後の厳格なフォローアップを組み込んだ一連のキャンペーンとして定着させる。
- 営業チームやSDRと連携して参加者の選定・ターゲティングを行い、適切な招待リストを作成した上で、イベントへの関心を具体的な商談や案件創出へと転換させる。
4. 営業担当とのパートナーシップ
- 日本の営業チームのマーケティング窓口（カウンターパート）として日々連携する。
- Tier 1アカウント向けのアカウントプランおよび営業施策（ターゲットペルソナ、アプローチの切り口、オファー、コンテンツ、フォローアップフローなど）を共同作成する。
- 各統合プログラムに連動したキャンペーンツールキット（メールの送信順序、架電用トークトラック、テキストの切り貼り用素材、提案資料、1ペーパー資料など）を営業担当に提供する。
5. ABMおよびアカウントベースの施策
- グローバルのABMチームおよびデジタルチームと密に連携し、管轄地域の戦略アカウント向けに「1 to Few（特定の複数社向け）」および「1 to Many（多数のターゲット向け）」のABMプログラムを実施する。
- インテントデータ（購買意向データ）、エンゲージメントシグナル、営業の知見を活用してアカウントの優先順位付けを行い、最適とされる次のアクション（next-best-action）を設計する。
- Tier 1アカウントのBuyingチームにおける商談獲得率や案件創出数を向上させるため、オファー内容、フォーマット、チャネルのテストと改善を重ねる。
6. 計測、インサイト、および最適化
- すべてのキャンペーンにおけるKPIおよび成功指標（エンゲージメント、商談数、パイプライン、収益への貢献度など）を定義する。
- パフォーマンスをリアルタイムで監視し、どの施策を強化・方向転換・中止すべきかについて、データに基づく明確な提言を行う。
- RevOps（レベニューオペレーション）およびMarketing Opsと連携し、CRMやマーケティングプラットフォーム全体で正確なトラッキングが行える状態を確保し、営業や経営陣への精度の高いレポート作成を可能にする。
7. 顧客・市場の声の収集
- 日本の金融街で何が起きているか（顧客の声、競合の動向、市場の変化など）を常に把握する。
- 明確かつ簡潔なインサイトを、プロダクトマーケティング、コンテンツチーム、および経営陣へ共有する。
- 管轄地域における実際の導入事例やユースケースを収集し、他チームと協力してキャンペーンや営業チームが活用できる強力なツールへと仕上げる。
