Movement Labs is a progressive political incubator and non-profit technology consulting firm that leverages data, experimentation, and mass peer-to-peer texting to mobilize voters and build political infrastructure. Originally founded as Resistance Labs, the organization runs randomized control trials to test and scale the most effective digital organizing, persuasion, and turnout tactics. Through its flagship program, "Contest Every Race," Movement Labs focuses on recruiting Democratic candidates for often-ignored, down-ballot local and rural elections nationwide. Partnering with major advocacy groups and grassroots campaigns, the organization utilizes a large, distributed volunteer network to drive civic engagement and counteract far-right political movements.
