Wordpress Developer

About the Role: Search Atlas is a SaaS B2B company focused on engineering products that help businesses improve their performance on Google. We're looking for a WordPress Developer who can take a Figma prototype and turn it into a clean, fully responsive build independently, utilizing AI tools like Claude Code to work smarter and faster.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain scalable web solutions using WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Translate Figma prototypes into responsive, production-ready builds for internal and client projects.
• Support website hosting (Kinsta, WPEngine) and basic domain/DNS management.
• Optimize for SEO by implementing technical and on-page best practices (schema markup, page speed).
• Identify and resolve front-end and WordPress issues across browsers and devices.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional experience in WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom builds).
• Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and advanced Elementor customization.
• Experience with Figma for inspecting specs and executing design-to-build workflows independently.
• Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar AI tooling in a real production workflow.
• Bonus: Familiarity with Shopify, modern JS frameworks (React, Vue), headless CMS, or RESTful APIs.
