Warehouse Management & 3PL Operations Specialist

What You’ll Do

Act as the primary point of contact for 3PLs to ensure seamless coordination and communication.

Create Advanced Shipping Notifications (ASNs) for incoming shipments within the warehouse management system.

Manage Stock Keeping Units (SKUs) in the WMS, including the creation of new products in the WMS prior to product launches.

Monitor all inbound shipments and manage reconciliation of discrepancies in receipts to maintain accuracy.

Monitor 3PL performance to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met and create weekly summary reports.

Manage projects at 3PLs, including kitting projects and pack-out of B2B shipments.

Analyze shipment, order, and inventory data to identify and implement efficiencies.

Help document and improve supply chain processes to enhance operational workflows.

Manage and assist with key initiatives to drive continuous improvements in warehouse operations.

What We’re Looking For

• A degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
• Ability to perform in a challenging and dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, along with experience using warehouse management software.
• Effective communication and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders.
• Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to improve processes.
• Proficiency in Spanish language is preferred.
