Teton is building the foundational data layer for the point of care, using real-time, multimodal AI to generate a digital twin of the patient and care environment. Their product alleviates administrative inefficiencies and observational tasks that overburden healthcare professionals, enabling them to provide better patient care.
Through a combination of in-room hardware, AI, and desktop and mobile applications, Teton helps create a seamless healthcare experience for both patients and providers. Their solution provides unprecedented access to real-time data insights, creating a digital twin of resident states and care delivery that empowers healthcare providers with actionable intelligence for optimal decision-making.
With strong demand and clear product-market fit, Teton is focused on scaling its presence across Europe. They operate through a Country Director model across three established territories: the Nordics (Copenhagen), UK & Ireland (London), and the DACH region (Zurich), selling into both public hospital systems and care home operators.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Tetonâs European sales organisation in the Nordics, UK & Ireland, and DACH, holding each territory accountable to its new business targets.
- Own and optimise Tetonâs European commercial operating cadence across pipeline generation, tender and bid qualification, deal progression, forecasting, CRM governance, performance management, and team accountability, creating a consistent governance structure across territories while respecting local market differences.
- Act as a hands-on deal leader on Europe's largest opportunities, across both public tenders and complex private enterprise deals, joining critical customer meetings, site visits, and executive presentations to bring deals over the line.
- Optimise go-to-market in each territory: segmentation, coverage model, territory design, resourcing, and partner strategy across public hospital systems and private and public care home operators.
- Evaluate and open new core European markets, such as the Benelux region, building the market-entry case, the operating model, and the initial commercial footprint.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop commercial leadership and talent as Europe scales, while raising the effectiveness of the existing teams.
- Represent Teton at major European industry conferences, national associations, and help refine go-to-market strategy, messaging, pricing, and commercial execution across the region.
What Weâre Looking For
- Significant experience selling and leading teams that sell large and complex contracts won through public sector tenders and RFPs, with a genuine command of the public procurement motion.
- Equivalent enterprise experience closing large, complex contracts with private organisations.
- A demonstrated track record as a highly successful individual contributor, consistently exceeding significant new business quotas and closing complex, high six-figure ACV opportunities across long sales cycles.
- Proven sales leadership experience managing, coaching, and developing sales leaders and net-new business teams carrying significant new business quotas, ideally across multiple European countries or territories.
- The ability to operate as a true player-coach: strategic enough to optimise the sales organisation and operating model, but hands-on enough to actively influence and close critical deals.
- Deep experience managing long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving executive buyers, procurement, legal, and ownership groups.
- A rigorous, data-driven approach to pipeline management, forecasting, CRM accuracy, qualification, performance management, and sales governance.
- Experience building or scaling sales teams, segmentation models, territories, processes, methodologies, and repeatable go-to-market motions, including entering new markets.
- Exposure to healthcare, hospital systems, or senior living is a strong bonus, but not a requirement.
- 12+ years in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years spent leading sales teams.
- A bachelorâs degree or equivalent experience, with a willingness to travel regularly across Europe.
What We Offer
- Competitive salary and participation in their warrant program.
- Work with state-of-the-art technology in a pioneering field.
- A high-impact leadership position with significant influence over Tetonâs European go-to-market strategy, territory structure, and commercial execution.
- A vibrant, learning-focused work environment.

Teton
View Company ProfileTeton.ai (operating at teton.ai) is a predictive AI intelligence and spatial monitoring platform engineered to transform hospital wards and elderly care facilities. Founded in 2020 by Mikkel Wad Thorsen and Esben Klint Thorius and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark (with US operations in San Francisco, California), Teton replaces reactive nurse call buttons, manual night checks, and delayed fall responses with continuous, privacy-preserving computer vision sensors. Under the hood, Teton creates anonymized 3D digital twins of resident rooms to analyze spatial activity, movement patterns, mobility shifts, and staff interaction cycles in real-time without storing video footage or requiring residents to wear intrusive monitoring devices. The system alerts care teams to early risk indicators, slashes caregiver administrative burdens by 25%, and reduces resident falls by up to 82%. Backed by over $25M in fundingâincluding a $20M Series A led by Plural alongside Bertelsmann Investments, Antler Elevate, Nebular, and PSV TechâTeton integrates directly into healthcare workflows across Europe and North America to shift care delivery from reactive handling to predictive intervention.
