About Nabla: Nabla is a premier, internationally recognized clinical artificial intelligence innovator, generative healthcare software pioneer, and ambient listening trailblazer operating on an absolute mission to protect clinician well-being, automate administrative workflows, and restore the human connection at the heart of modern medicine. Built by an elite founding group of entrepreneurs, clinicians, and former Facebook AI Research (FAIR) engineers, Nabla translates multi-modal patient encounters into precise, structured medical documentation in real time. Backed by a recent $70M Series C financing round and advised directly by AI Godfather Yann LeCun, Nabla is trusted by over 100,000+ clinicians across 130+ premium healthcare networks to streamline clinical, coding, and financial workflows. Driven by a high-performance, empathy-led corporate philosophy that prizes technical excellence, humility, and user obsession, the company equips high-agency executive leaders with an uncompromised remote canvas to leverage breakthrough ambient intelligence systems, manipulate enterprise pipelines, and deploy robust, scaling marketing engines safely across the United States.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly analytical, data-driven, and enterprise-minded VP of Marketing to join our core centralized Go-To-Market leadership collective in a full-time remote capacity open to qualified business business growth executives resident anywhere in the United States. Transitioning from our rapid early growth phase into an institutional upmarket enterprise business, you will step up to claim true individual operational and strategic accountability over our global marketing strategy, brand evolution, and demand engine performance. Shifting completely away from entry-level single-channel execution, basic content writing, or standalone social media coordination, you will run an active marketing strategy, team architecture, and revenue enablement laboratory—reporting directly to our Co-Founder and COO, Delphine Groll, while managing a high-performing 10-person team spanning product marketing (PMM), brand design, demand generation, events, and partnership communications. This position requires a health-tech SaaS or B2B enterprise software veteran with 10+ years of craft depth who maps out automated, multi-tiered acquisition engines fluidly natively using SEO strategies, directs personalized upmarket nurture blocks cleanly natively leveraging Email Marketing principles, and commands high-value enterprise sales cycles confidently under strict healthcare regulatory and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Full Marketing Function Architecture: Establish and execute Nabla’s global marketing vision, setting the long-range strategy, operating cadences, and execution roadmaps for a 10-person cross-functional marketing collective.
  • Enterprise Pipeline Acceleration: Drive predictable, high-value health system pipeline generation by deploying integrated growth campaigns cleanly natively utilizing SEO, account-based marketing (ABM), paid digital acquisitions, and content engines.
  • Upmarket Brand Positioning Evolution: Lead the strategic transformation of Nabla’s market positioning, evolving the narrative from an individual, clinician-loved productivity tool into a secure, enterprise-grade clinical intelligence platform for health systems.
  • Multi-Buyer Go-To-Market (GTM) Governance: Design and execute product launch playbooks, tailoring technical documentation and positioning frameworks to engage both clinical end-users and administrative buyers (including CMOs, CIOs, and VPs of Operations) cleanly natively leveraging Email Marketing systems.
  • Cross-Functional Revenue Interlock: Partner in lockstep alongside the VP of Sales, VP of Customer Success, and Chief Product Officer to harmonize sales enablement assets, field marketing pipelines, and core product roadmaps.
  • Team Mentorship and Talent Cultivation: Manage, coach, and develop a high-performance marketing team, cultivating deep technical craft mastery across product marketing, growth analytics, brand management, and field events.
  • Rigorous KPI and Board Reporting: Establish absolute ownership over marketing’s contribution to revenue and pipeline KPIs, presenting analytical attribution modeling, pipeline metrics, and ROI indicators before executive leadership and the Board.
  • Agency and Vendor Ecosystem Oversight: Supervise external strategic agency partnerships, managing external teams across public relations (PR), creative content production, digital acquisition channels, and analyst relations (e.g., Gartner, KLAS).

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of verified professional history running advanced B2B marketing operations, enterprise demand generation, or brand strategy, with at least 5 years operating explicitly in a senior marketing leadership or executive capacity.
  • US Healthcare SaaS Industry Expertise: Deep, undeniable experience operating within the United States healthcare technology sector, demonstrating an established track record selling directly into health systems, hospital networks, or large-scale multi-specialty physician organizations.
  • Expert-tier capability optimizing organic indexation maps, building content authority, and running high-intent digital pipelines natively utilizing SEO methodologies.
  • Practical operational familiarity structuring sophisticated marketing automation funnels, managing lifecycle segmentation, and deploying multi-touch customer triggers natively using Email Marketing platforms.
  • Demonstrated success hiring, scaling, and managing high-performing marketing teams consisting of 5 or more individual contributors.
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation communication traits in business-fluent English, enabling uncompromised executive presence when presenting complex metrics to board members or key external partners.
  • Location Context: Position open exclusively to qualified marketing executives currently authorized to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship, operating under a 100% remote work-from-home layout.

Preferred Strategic Indicators (Nice to Have)

  • Prior corporate growth history steering a B2B SaaS platform through rapid scaling phases (e.g., Series B through Series D inflection points).
  • Direct hands-on experience orchestrating large-scale healthcare technology conference exhibits, managing client user summits, or navigating complex enterprise procurement cycles.
  • An outcome-driven personal philosophy rooted in high systems thinking, a data-backed approach to pipeline attribution, and an intense passion for leveraging generative AI to streamline clinical workflows and improve patient care.

What We Offer

  • Vetted AI-Health Sector Salaried Blueprint: A highly competitive full-time baseline annual corporate base salary package structured transparently between $200,000 and $280,000 USD, calibrated precisely to evaluate your executive marketing authority and healthcare domain depth, paired with an impactful stock options equity stake.
  • Immediate eligibility to participate in a lucrative annual corporate performance bonus track, along with 100% individual company-paid premium medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
  • Profound work-from-home remote parameters offering a 100% remote virtual environment across America, complete trust and scheduling autonomy, and an automated $1,500 USD home office equipment budget.
  • Access to progressive lifestyle and wellness tracks, including an Unlimited Paid Time Off (PTO) policy, 11 national holidays, unlimited sick leave, and fully paid parental leave programs.
  • The exceptional professional canvas to claim absolute strategic ownership over the marketing engine power-routing growth for the leading clinical AI assistant in the healthcare industry, complemented by regular funded corporate travel to team gatherings in cities like Paris, NY, and San Francisco.
