Job Description

About the Role: Axon is on a mission to Protect Life with an ecosystem of devices and cloud software. As the VP, Head of International Marketing, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy, storytelling, and go-to-market execution across priority global markets outside the U.S. This is a highly strategic leadership role overseeing a distributed international team.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a high-performing distributed international marketing team with 15 direct reports across CAN, EMEA, UK, LatAm, and APAC.
  • Own and continuously refine Axon's international marketing strategy to drive pipeline and revenue in high-opportunity regions.
  • Build and execute integrated campaigns across Product, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Establish a scalable, efficient localization approach that serves language, culture, and geopolitical dynamics.
  • Partner deeply with international sales leadership, government/public affairs, and marketing operations.

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of experience in SaaS marketing with specialized expertise in international markets, ideally in public safety or technology.
  • Proven track record of marketing and selling cloud-based solutions globally.
  • Strong long-term strategic thinking balancing leadership with hands-on execution (player-coach mentality).
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact, pipeline generation, and performance.
  • Experience with international government, regulations, and public affairs.
