Video Editor – Contract (Remote)

About the Role: Brainbox Automations is looking for a fast, creative, and reliable Video Editor to join on a contract basis and help with on-demand video editing work. You'll work across a mix of internal, client-facing, and social content, turning raw recordings into polished, on-brand videos that actually land with the audience.

What You'll Do

• Edit company and product videos, including showcase videos, walkthroughs, and demo content.
• Polish raw client and team recordings into clean, structured, and shareable content.
• Create and package short-form clips for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) with strong hooks.
• Incorporate AI tools into your workflow to generate B-roll, captions, voiceovers, and thumbnails.

What You Bring

• Strong hands-on experience with editing tools like Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
• A clear eye for rhythm, flow, and visual storytelling with a solid grasp of composition and color.
• Practical experience with AI video generation, auto-captions, and AI voiceovers (e.g., ElevenLabs).
• Bonus: Experience with motion graphics (After Effects), sound design, thumbnail design, and basic scripting.
