Position Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, self-directed Video Content Manager to join our growing global Social department in a full-time remote capacity within the United Kingdom. In this multi-faceted, high-ownership hybrid seat, you will combine multi-platform video production, content localization engineering, and day-to-day social media profile management to scale our international footprint across multiple poker media brands and languages. Moving far beyond abstract video clipping, you will claim individual accountability for cutting raw gameplay reels, dubbing files into assigned geographic language guidelines, and conducting rigorous account warming and security operations. This role starts as a high-velocity freelance position with a rapid, direct runway to transition into a permanent full-time collaboration for high-performing artists.

Key Responsibilities

• Viral Asset Creation & Repurposing: Edit, slice, and repurpose high-impact poker video materials into compelling, viral short-form variations optimized to maximize viewer retention.
• Linguistic Content Localization: Dub, translate, and localize ongoing multimedia content packages into assigned GEO languages, utilizing modern artificial intelligence tools to scale translation workflow speeds.
• Multi-Channel Profile Management: Supervise, track, and maintain the health of multiple social media properties daily, strictly adhering to account setup, configuration warming, and anti-ban security procedures.
• Short-Form Publication Scheduling: Upload and schedule vertical data streams, thumbnails, and descriptive text overlays natively across YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and X (Twitter).
• Workflow Architecture Tracking: Organize asynchronous media pipelines, maintain structured content workflows, and compile data-driven metric reports on account performance for internal design leaders.
• Retention Engineering Optimization: Implement systematic variations across captions, hooks, pacing, and sound designs to continuously increase audience engagement metrics and growth footprints.
• Administrative Support Integration: Assist with operational and routine administrative social media tasks, working independently to unblock technical deployment bottlenecks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven professional or independent history running digital video editing, motion design, social media account development, or content localization workflows.
• Moderate to advanced technical workspace literacy operating nonlinear video editing platforms, specifically CapCut, Premiere Pro, or equivalent multi-track applications.
• Deep, practical comprehension of viral short-form media formats, including algorithmic pacing hooks, text tracking, and background scoring mechanics.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating brand visibility layouts across major digital networks, including YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and X.
• Outstanding organizational and communication mechanics, showing a highly disciplined, consistent work ethic suited for autonomous remote execution.
• Location Context: Initial freelance contractor parameters with full-time transition paths open exclusively to qualified digital video specialists based permanently anywhere within the United Kingdom.
